We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. ★ POOL & SPA HEATING:
Pool and spa heating is available from October to April for an additional $95 per day (minimum 3-night stay). Advance notice required—please request heating at booking or at least 3 days prior to your stay.

✔ All doors are fitted with pool safety alarms
✔ Pool equipment is closely monitored – tampering will result in a $500 service fee plus the cost of reprogramming
✔ Strict quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM; any noise or disturbance fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest
✔ This property is strictly for residential use only—no parties or unlawful gatherings permitted
✔ No smoking allowed – a $600 cleaning fee will be charged for violations
✔ For security, cameras are installed at the front of the house and monitoring pool equipment at the side
✔ Pool and landscaping vendors access the property once per week and have access to the backyard
✔ No pets allowed
✔ All amenities are to be used at guests' own risk. The homeowner will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses.
✔ Maximum occupancy: 6 adult guests plus their related dependent children
