Beach Access: The Gulfview Heights Beach Access is located 1.5 miles from the home, and approximately 0.6 mile (both short golf cart or bike rides) from the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access (with parking & bathrooms)!


 


Pool Access: The Seasonally Heated Community Pool area, about a 5 minute walk from the home, offers an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, fire pit and more! Seasonally heated March and April! 


Golf Cart parking at the pool makes it easy to carry everything your family needs for some fun in the sun!

Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits near to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access just one mile from the front door!


 


Wind and Sea is only a 5-minute walk from the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A pleasant mile walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.


 


Hardwood floors, granite countertops and welcoming coastal décor are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy, premium furnishings, while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The home features a King Master Suite on the main level (perfect for those who have trouble with stairs), along with a welcoming foyer leading to a covered back patio, with plenty of outdoor seating and a propane (provided) grill, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the Florida Sun!


 


The fully-appointed kitchen offers plenty of cooking space with granite countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances, and soft-close, modern cabinetry, perfect for the most discriminating home chef. After all, just because you are on vacation, doesn't mean that you have to skip family dinners! Alternatively, check out the plethora of dining & entertainment options along 30A & Blue Mountain Beach!


 


Onto the second floor! Here you'll find a guest bedroom with a King bed. This shares a bathroom with the bunk room, which incluides a set of Full-over-Full bunks (with pullout Twin trundle). This is the perfect place for the kids to hang out! Finally, there is a pullout Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room, in case your party needs the extra bed space.


 


Named after the blue lupine flowers that grace it's large sand dunes, the coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach lies between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place along the scenic 30A corridor. The village is known for its laid-back attitude, locally-owned boutiques, eclectic eateries, and boasts the highest views on 30A.


 


30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. Check in was easy. Unfortunately there was an ant issue, the dishwasher didn’t work and the dryer didn’t dry very good. We loved the location!

Beware BeachWalk properties.

Beware. Management company is almost impossible to get a hold of. We texted, sent messages through VRBO, and called. The failed to respond except for one text almost 24 hrs later. Lucky they picked up their phone once as well. I complained to VRBO whose customer service was also unable to reach them. The house came with a golf cart which was broken. They replaced it eventually, but with no communication. Someone just came and dropped it off without telling us. The house was mostly fine. Some plumming fixtures were loose and they didn't have enough storage for your clothes. The included bikes also are in need of maintenance.

other than a lack of paper products ha ha....house was roomy and perfect for us. we wanted a house that was beachy but still felt like a home...and this house delivered! would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay for my family! This isn’t our first trip to Santa Rosa Beach, but we all agreed this was our favorite place we have stayed thus far! We will definitely be revisiting this house and the Highland Parks Community!
