Guest Access:
To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Conkling Bay neighborhood is wonderful because it overlooks Lake Coeur d`Alene and has many ammenities within walking distance. There are National Parks nearby, bike trails and within a fairly short drive is the Coeur d`Alene Casino with restaurants, a spa and golf. Perfect location for a lake vacation!

Getting Around:
You can walk within the neighborhood and to the communities marina, resturaunt, and boat launch but will need a car to pick up supplies and visit any attractions or stores. The closest airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG).

Other Things to Note:
Boat slip is unavailable for guest use, homeowner parks their boat there. There is plenty of room to tie up a boat on the side of the dock, or contact Conkling Bay Marina for boat slip rentals and trailer storage if needed. This home happily welcomes up to 2 dogs with an approval and paid pet fee.
Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll need to submit a valid form of ID through Vacation Rental Authority after booking to receive the access information. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
