Cette maison du lac 2 étages dispose d'une cabine sensation de plaisir, avec beaucoup d'espace de vie pour la collecte et le jeu. Il y a une vue à 180 degrés de salons à chaque étage, air conditionné, et 4 chambres privées. En outre, le salon en bas dispose d'un lit gigogne journée avec, plus un futon pour l'espace de couchage supplémentaire.

A l'extérieur, une terrasse spacieuse avec vue panoramique sur le lac, des sièges, de beaux arbres et un barbecue. Dans la ville voisine de Rockford Bay il y a une marina avec le délicieux restaurant et un petit magasin général pour les collations. Downtown Coeur d'Alene est un outil facile 25 minutes, ou vous croisière au nord sur votre bateau aux quais publics au cœur de la ville.

Lac Coeur d'Alene est une eau profonde, lac clair avec plus de 100 miles de littoral, idéal pour trouver des baies isolées à flotter, nager, ski, poissons et explorer. Le lac est magnifique, mais il est seulement l'une des nombreuses raisons de venir à Coeur d'Alene. Silverwood Theme Park est le parc à thème le plus grand du nord-ouest, à seulement 15 minutes au nord de l'ADC. Avec plus de 70 manèges, toboggans, spectacles et attractions, dont quatre montagnes russes, Parc aquatique Boulder Beach, un train de machine à vapeur, des spectacles, des restaurants, et plus encore!

A wonderful place to enjoy family time!!! Beautiful views of the lake, plenty of seating, huge picture windows. The tram makes it a very easy way to enjoy getting to and from the lake. Enjoyed a bonfire roasting marshmallows and making amazing memories! The home is a little older but very well maintained. Had plenty of kitchen supplies as I was cooking for 10. Lots of linens we never ran out of anything needed. We would stay there again.

Gorgeous view.

This was a great place to stay. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. The driveway was a little steep and crowded, but we were told this before we rented.

Great place!!!

We stayed for a week in 7/2020 and loved it so much we came back again in 7/2021. Beautiful views, love the beach area. The tram was broke the first few days so we got our exercise in but they did come and fix it. Hoping to come back again next summer!

Wonderful, quiet get-away

This house is fantastic! A wonderful place for a family gathering. The deck was a great place to hang out and watch the lake and the eagles. All the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the fire pit, grill, SUP, and kayak too. The tram was perfect for getting down to the beach with ease. We would book again.

Cousin’s Retreat

This retreat was a treat! What a view!! We enjoyed the deck every evening with a fire from the fire pit. We used the dock to kayak and paddleboard. They supplied the stuff we needed on the lake. It was a wonderful vacation.

Comfortable Accommodation

This is a very comfortable home. Everything you need to cook in every night if you wish. The pictures do a good job of describing the home. There's a tram to the water which worked perfectly. Nice dock for mooring your boat and swimming from. It was easy to communicate with the owner. I'd highly recommend this place.

Loved this house!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house and property. Stunning views of the lake from the big windows and decks. Very spacious home with ample seating for all twelve of us, and a comfortable bed for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook big group meals. The property is private and quiet and we really loved the dock for swimming (the lake water is clean and warm)! We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this house for your lake vacation!

Family vacation

Very nice location and property with great views of the lake and surrounding landscape. Everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock in the crystal clear water. We rented a pontoon for several days and used the dock to tie up for several nights. The tram to the lake worked very well and was easy to access and use. Great location, we would definitely consider renting again someday. The Millers and Boltes.

Best trip ever!

The view is amazing from the deck and house!!! We had 10 people (family) and we all fit comfortably. House had all that we needed and Lisa the owner was so helpful. We spent hours in the lake and had the best time! Our favorite was the beach area and swimming off the dock. My only sort of complaint was the king bed was super firm and wish there was a 2nd bathroom w/shower downstairs since all the bedrooms (with exception of master) are downstairs. We all hope to return again next summer and all agree'd it was the best trip ever!!

Beautiful waterfront property with great views from living area and deck

My family and I spent the week of Thanksgiving at the property. We had a wonderful time and the layout worked really well for our group of 10 adults. Given the time of year, we spent the majority of our stay indoors playing board/card games and watching movies and football games. There was snow the day we arrived! A couple of us walked down the path to the waterfront. Others may have ventured down if the tram wasn't inoperable due to annual maintenance (homeowner did notify me of this about a week prior to our stay). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home is well stocked (kitchen supplies, extra bedding, card table/chairs, etc.) and overall clean. I might recommend replacing a few of the dishtowels, potholders and pans in the kitchen. However, I recognize renters don’t always treat rentals as their own so items become worn much faster. I reached out to Lisa (homeowner) prior to our arrival and she promptly responded to my email and answered all of my questions. She was helpful and accommodating. The wifi worked better than I expected as we were told to expect “vacation internet”. It was so nice to get away, be with family after not being together for over a year AND there’s nothing like being on the water!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is equipped well. Most all amenities are included like a new washer and dryer, a fire pit table on the deck, Air conditioning. Kitchen appliances are plentiful. A nice dock on the water for your boat and play toys. This was my fourth time staying here and I'm booked for next year as well. The Hosts are very responsive and provide all the information you will need.

Family time

My husband and I, our 3 kids and their spouses, and our 7 grandkids, ages 10 to 1, had a great time at this beautiful home. We loved the upper deck that was fully enclosed, no escape for the littles. Parts of the property were harder with younger kids, but we were aware ahead of time of that.Anytime we needed anything Norm and Lisa were quick to answer. We had a great time!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay on Coeur d' Alene at this wonderful home. This was our 3rd time staying here. It's so well appointed and comfortable. The Hosts are very responsive and provide all the information and details necessary. The Starlink WiFi works great which was an upgrade this year. The dock is nice and works well for 1 or 2 boats. We have our next two stays booked. Highly recommend.

Great Lake Getaway

Loved staying at this house on the lake. House was very comfortable, though could really use a good deep clean (being winter and not a busy time of year, guessing that is why). Loved the location and view. Hosts were great as well. I recommend staying here!

FABULOUS

we have been traveling annually together for 37 years, and this home was the best as far as seeing the lake from the LR, dining room and kitchen. Deck was beautiful and spacious and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet, spacious home to relax in.

Relaxation and amazing view

This is our family’s second stay here and we loved it both times. The views are awesome and the dock is such a great place to play with the family. We had some issues with WiFi / TV but the owners were very responsive in helping out. We hope to be back again.

Perfect family lakefront vacation for all ages & disabilities!

I felt so lucky to find this place! We have a lot of needs in our family and this fit all of them perfectly. I have 5 kids ranging from 4 month old baby to 18 yrs old. I have a daughter with a traumatic brain injury and the tram was fantastic for her, she was able to access the beach with ease. and when her brain "shut down" on the beach it was so easy to just put her on the tram and get her to the house, life savor! Her service dog was also very happy and able to tag along wherever she went, indoor and outdoor, she always felt safe and included. The private beach was stocked with chairs, table, kayak, paddleboard which all my kids used and LOVED. We also have a boat which we brought, and the dock was great for that. my 12 yr old son caught a fish the last night we were there! super awesome memories. The view from the cabin is SPECTACULAR! absolutely the best. We would BBQ on the deck, enjoy dinner, then after sunset we would play games around the propane fireplace on the deck, MAGICAL! We also had a fire down by the beach one night and made smores. After the sun went down we would watch movies in the living room, the chairs were comfy for everyone. beds were comfortable. I loved that the main bedroom had a rocker chair, I nursed my baby there and it was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for 7 people and I loved that you have 2 fridges. THANK YOU for opening your home to pets, it means the world to us! a vacation we will always remember!

We bought this property in 1993 cause I had grown up having access to a lake place and wanted my children to have lake memories. For the first 11 years of owning the property we had a 21 foot travel trailer parked in the garage. With 3 girls this was very crowded so we built our lake house in 2004. This is my dream home so I worked with the architect to design it and then was the general contractor during building. My husband was born and raised in the Spokane area and I am originally from Wisconsin. I came out to go to school and loved it so I decided to stay.

We bought this property because it is close to our house and the view is amazing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is quite a hike to the beach so in 2007 we installed a tram from the kitchen deck down to the waterfront. There is still a walking trail for those who want a workout but the tram makes is easy and convenient to get to the water and back up to the house.
