Complete satisfaction with the cabin and the whole process. Cabin was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was effortless and everything was perfect. Location was spot on and walking distance to the best pizza in Texas! I HIGHLY recommend this cabin!! We are already trying to plan to go back!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. This was our first trip to broken bow lake and it was a great time. The cabin was in a beautiful spot and directions were spot on. The cabin was clean and well stocked with some of the best pans I have used at a rental property.We were right in the middle of everything that was in Hochatown OK. Props to the small business owners and the restaurants in the local area. Great food and very friendly, we went to the MAZE and the two Escape rooms. Both are highly recommended. The Ax throwing was way overpriced for the time frame you get to throw but still a good time. The river was refreshing and COLD We will definitely be back to broken bow Oklahoma

Excellent stay

We loved the cabin and it was close enough to walk to a couple of great restaurants! Kids playground, fire pit and hot tub were top notch!

We enjoyed our four-night stay in Broken Bow. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the playground, fire pit, hot tub, and ladder toss. The property is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed seeing deer and fireflies during our stay.Our main concern was that several guests woke up with multiple insect bites after sleeping in two of the bedrooms. Based on the photos we took, the bites may have been caused by fleas or bed bugs. We also encountered fire ants near the fire pit, and several members of our group were bitten before we noticed them.The surrounding area was somewhat noisy in the evenings due to neighboring groups, including a large party across the street. That group also placed trash in our bins, and we had to direct them to the bins at the other end of their property.Overall, the home and amenities were enjoyable, but we encourage the host to inspect the affected bedrooms for pests and address the fire-ant issue near the fire pit.

As soon as we were notified, we arranged for a professional pest inspection of the property. We're happy to share that the inspection found no evidence of bed bugs, and the cabin passed the inspection. While we're relieved by those findings, we still take concerns like yours very seriously and will continue to monitor the property closely. Thank you as well for mentioning the fire ants near the fire pit. We've shared this with our pest control company so the area can be treated and monitored to help prevent future issues. We're also sorry to hear that neighboring guests impacted the peaceful atmosphere you were hoping for. While we can't control the behavior of other visitors in the area, we certainly understand how that could take away from your experience. We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. We hope you'll consider staying with us again!

Great time at Arrington

Quick weekend getaway

Very nice cabin, fully stocked with everything you need. The bottle of wine was wonderful, and we loved the deer in the front yard every evening.

Cute cabin in a convenient location

The cabin was nice and comfortable in a great location. Generally well equipped with a nice yard, porch, swingset, firepit, hot tub, etc. We took advantage of most of what the property had to offer. Would stay again.

The cabin was very nice. Everything we needed was included. The accommodations were very comfortable. We spent every evening sitting on the porch in the rockers and visiting. The lot next door had deer on it each morning and evening, and we watched fireflies once it started getting dark. The cabin is centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and Beaver Bend State Park.

Enjoyed the backyard games and the hot tub!! The cabin was very nice and clean. It was hard to find certain channels on the TV. We will definitely visit again soon!!!

The cabin was great. Need to check your back steps by the hot tub they have soft spots as in rotting in them and there are bolts missing in the airplane toy out back. Safety reasons they need to be replaced. We had a great time.

Wonderful

The cabin was clean, functional, and super comfortable. The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and Beaver Bend State Park. Although there were a ton of things to go do in the town, we spend a lot of time at the cabin. My kids spent hours outside playing horseshoes, ladder ball, and playing on the playset. We went on walks around the neighborhood, and at night we built fires and cooked smores. It was a relaxing wonderful vacation. If we go back to Broken Bow we will stay at this cabin again.

Excellent accommodations cozy yet spacious

The Arrington was so cozy for our stay over the weekend! It was equipped with kitchen necessities and items to get started like a few spices and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The place was clean and tidy. The beds were large and comfortable. It has plenty of books and games for a weekend in. It is located centrally in Hochatown to be able to quickly get to restaurants and stores. The roads leading to the cabin are really bad, but that is no fault of the cabin owners.

Beautiful Cabin

Just as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen, all pots, pans, cooking utensils, all you have to bring is food. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen was smaller, but that was not a big deal at all. We enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer and my 2 five year old grandchildren had so much fun! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Very nice property with Great location

The property was exactly as stated in description. Very clean and neatly organized. One of the problems with the property was there was no exhaust fan in the kitchen. When you cooked, the house was filled with ordor (especially upstairs). A few essential items were missing from the kitchen: working can opener, spatula, spatula for grill. Property management was notified about this.
