Welcome to Magnolia Hill, a charming farmhouse-style retreat that blends cozy elegance with modern comfort. Nestled in a central location with paved roads for easy access, this pet-friendly cabin sleeps 5–7 guests and is ideal for small families, friend groups, or couples looking to unwind and reconnect.

Main Living Spaces
Step into a warm and welcoming living area featuring a comfortable seating arrangement, streaming TV, and farmhouse-inspired decor that sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to whip up meals with ease, along with drip and pod coffee makers and fresh coffee provided to start your mornings off right. Gather around the table for a family meal, a board game, or just good conversation.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Downstairs, you'll find two luxurious king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. One bathroom features a walk-in tub/shower enclosure, and both are equipped with luxury body sprayers. Each room offers ample storage, including closets and dressers, for a tidy and comfortable stay.

Upstairs, an open loft-style bunk area overlooks the living room and includes a full-size bed and a twin-size bed—a cozy space perfect for kids or additional guests.

Outdoor Living
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the front porch, or make the most of outdoor living on the back patio. Amenities include:

General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 7 guests, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments - A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
