Redwood Retreat is meticulously furnished to make you feel like you're truly ready to relax and feel pampered. The ~ 2200 sq ft cabin is all yours and features a wrap around front porch with rocking chairs and bench swing; a screened-in back porch with outdoor dining and high-top cocktail table offering a 360-degree view of the serene forest, perfect for listening to the birds and deer watching.

The cabin draws you in with the two-story living space and gorgeous river-stone gas fireplace which opens to the fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining space

The 4 smart Roku TV's offer YouTube TV so you can enjoy live tv, your favorite shows, movies and sports. Our cabin is situated on a beautifully wooded lot with no other houses in sight and offers a game room with a shuffleboard table, foosball, and huge Connect 4 in addition to cornhole, ring toss and lots of games and cards to enhance your time together. You can relax by fireplace, lounge by the outdoor wood-burning fire pit or soak in the 5-person jetted hot tub!

• Kitchen: Open concept, fully loaded kitchen with all the cooking ware you require! Coffee Bar, all major appliances (Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, kids dinnerware, every you need!)

• Dining Area: Dining table which leads to kitchen and family room with plenty of room for the family. Additional seating at kitchen bar as well

• Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed on main level with ceiling fan and easy access to the rest of the house!

• Bathroom 1: Shower/ tub combo and single vanity

***Upper Level***

• Bedroom 2: Private master bedroom with King size bed & private ensuite bathroom s/ Shower and separate Tub. It also has a private coffee bar so you hardly have to leave your bed. The bedroom also has a private screened in balcony which is the best place for morning coffee!

***Lower Level***

Redwood Retreat is ideally located in the Coosawattee River Resort (CRR), a gated community with 24/7 security, paved access, a fishing pond, several parks, and the gorgeous Coosawattee River is in the neighborhood.

Our cabin is located on a two-lane newly paved road, which is not the case with many mountain homes. Drive-way is not steep, can accommodate multiple cars and is newly graveled

Check-in is made easy with smart lock/keypad and code so you never have to worry about keys!

As an added bonus to our valued guests, we cover the cost of resort fees for up to 8 guests, allowing you access to all of CRR's amenities, including: the Recreation Center, open year-round, which incudes a heated indoor pool, game room, workout area, tennis & pickleball courts and mini golf; and two outdoor pools which are open Memorial Day to Labor Day!
