Coffee to Cocktails est la maison parfaite pour votre famille, située à quelques minutes du pittoresque village de Duck pour ses restaurants, boutiques et plus encore! Le village de Duck a un parc, avec des activités à gogo prévues pour vous et votre famille. Mardi matin à 7h30 vous pouvez pratiquer le Tai Chi (gratuit), le jeudi matin à 7h30, ils offrent Pilates (encore une fois c'est gratuit), ainsi qu'une série de musique d'été le jeudi soir à partir de Juillet. Rassemblez la famille tôt le matin du 4 juillet dans votre cour avant pour profiter du meilleur défilé du 4 juillet que vous avez jamais vu.

Le café aux cocktails est magnifiquement décor�� pour les clients les plus exigeants. Situé dans la charmante communauté Ocean Dunes à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis les ponts, en fin d'après-midi, vous aurez envie de faire face au son pour les magnifiques couchers de soleil de canard. Lorsque vous décidez d'aller à la plage pour cette journée au soleil, il y a un chariot de plage pour accueillir tout ce matériel important pour rendre votre journée de plage tout simplement merveilleuse. Grande cour clôturée. La plage est à seulement 400 mètres.

Café à Cocktails a beaucoup de place pour toute la famille, trois chambres et une mezzanine avec un canapé-lit offrent généreusement des arrangements de couchage pour les parties de 11 également inclus est un berceau en taille réelle pour bébé. Table de salle à manger est une table de 8 pieds, qui pourra accueillir 10 personnes confortablement. Bar dans la cuisine a quatre tabourets de bar, l'endroit idéal pour les jeunes de profiter de leurs collations. PS2 Guitar Hero jeu. Avec trois niveaux, la famille peut s'étendre pour des moments privés et se réunir dans la grande salle pour des occasions qui vont sûrement générer de bons souvenirs familiaux de votre voyage à Canard et Café à Cocktails qui est juste un saut, sauter et sauter.

In fact cleaner than any pet friendly home I have ever rented in OBX. It was very well equipped! Even had a crockpot and just anything you could need . Nice coffee pot. We had a few issues with the digital entry. We never got it resolved . Someone came and still didn’t resolve it. When I called back I was told the maintenance had resolved the issue. Idk why they said that . The code worked sometimes and we had to keep on and on . That was the only issue we had . Hopefully it was resolved before the next guests arrived . Very nice place and would rent again.

Everything is Pretty Ducky!

We walked everywhere and only used the car when we traveled north to Corolla, or south to Manteo for the day. The pictures of the inside of the house are accurate and we were very comfortable. A/C worked just fine. The landscaping outside could use some attention as some of it was a bit overgrown, but we did rent at the very end of the season and that could have just been the "summer growth". A few places in the fence could have been a little more secure for the dog, but we were out there with him when they were in the yard. An upgraded toaster and coffee maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen. These are minor things and didn't impact our vacation! Just a couple nice to haves! Don't over look this property for location!

The hot tub and outside shower were great for after a long beach day. Very easy to walk to restaurants and Duck boardwalk. You can walk to beach too but a little longer. Beach cart provided. Layout was really nice for different generations. Rental company should provide at least 1 roll of toilet paper. We were scrambling to buy some after check in. House was clean and comfortable. We lucked out with a gorgeous week weather wise- I would stay here again!!

It is extremely close to the shopping plaza with tons of shopping. We always travel with our two Labs so the fenced in backyard was a big part of our decision to rent coffee to cocktails. There was lots of room to play fetch and let the dogs have some off leash time. The house is a little farther from the beach access than we were expecting but after renting a golf cart it was perfect. I do recommend reservations for a golf cart for your stay because they sell out quickly. Overall, the stay was amazing and I highly recommended this beautiful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. It can sleep many more but there were only 4 of us and my cocker spaniel 🙂. We all LOVED the house. In fact, we’re planning to stay there again next year. The fenced yard was perfect for taking the dog out without having to leash her. She was able to run around and play. The seating on the porches and in the yard were more than adequate for all of us to hang around together or spend a minute alone. We grilled a couple of times on the charcoal grill. The hot tub was used daily. That was a plus! While there are lots of stairs that didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we all enjoyed exploring all 3 levels of the house. We found the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for us as well. There’s an awesome baby room, very well equipped with seemingly brand new bed, changing table, high chair, bouncy seat, you name it. We didn’t use it but if needed I would have with no hesitation. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with everything you could possibly need in the way of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, utensils, flatware. The kitchen and living area are open which are perfect for cooking and staying included in the conversation with others in the living area. We enjoyed and very much appreciated the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. My only somewhat negative comment would be the shower in the master suite. It’s tile which is difficult to clean due to the grout. It could have been cleaner. I used it every day (so not awful by any means) and I LOVE the spaciousness but it wasn’t as clean as the rest of the house. Overall, an EXCELLENT house to rent. Can’t wait to go back next year!

This house was just perfect for us! Four of us stayed. Many more could have. We had THE BEST time and even plan to stay at the same house next year. The house was clean, well-equipped, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk on the sound side. Best vacation ever! Can’t wait to go back.

The house was clean and inviting and very nice. Easy location for the 4th of July parade and beach walk and shopping. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work and the one in the other bedroom was parental controlled with a code. The cupboards were packed full of items so you had to keep groceries on the counters. I was able to condense a little to have 1 drawer and a shelf but that was just annoying. I also reached out 3 times the week of staying starting Monday (so 5 days before check in) to ask if we needed to just bring sheets or all bedding and no one got back to me until day of check in.

Wonderful house

Bedrooms on all three levels (and bathrooms on all three levels) allow for privacy and quiet time when needed. The living area is comfortable and nicely furnished. Open concept means you can cook and clean up while joining the conversations or watching TV. We made good use of the hot tub, screen porch and ample decking. Rooftop crows nest-type deck is the bonus! Distant views of the ocean and the sound—as the cottage name suggests—perfect for stargazing, coffee...or cocktails! About a 10 minute walk to the beach down a quiet street, but an even shorter walk to Duck Donuts, the boardwalk on the sound or the shops at Scarborough Faire. Owners with dogs will appreciate the well fenced yard, which allows a quick visit outdoors without a walk. Thanks to the owners for leaving plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.

It was well-supplied and in an amazing location. We walked to the boardwalk/town several times everyday, as well as the beach. Loved the hot tub and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The crow's nest was our favorite hangout spot for beautiful sunrises, sunsets and star-gazing. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion we have is to trim the trees near the road for better visibility. We backed in so it was easier to pull out when we were ready. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

A nice place to stay

Great location (for all the spiders who live there)

The property was sizable, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance to everything we needed. The only problem was there were more spiders in and around the house than I'd ever seen in my life. I noticed this was a theme wherever we went, so I'm not sure what that was about, but yikes.

House was practically perfect

The PROS: The house was clean and well-appointed. The furnishings were lovely. The AC was the best I have ever had in a beach house rental, and lots of ceiling fans. The beach gear was plentiful and useful. The hot tub was perfect. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning off after the beach. No bugs inside the house. The decks, especially the rooftop deck and the hammock chairs are just great and the kids loved them. The shops, dining, ice cream and donuts nearby were just great. The walk to the beach was pleasant and no roads had to be crossed. The CONS: There were plastic covers over the mattresses. I am a "hot" sleeper and I would wake up every 20 minutes or so feeling like my skin was burning, quite painfully, every single night there that I slept under the covers. It kind of ruined the trip for me because I could get no sleep without sleeping on top of the blankets (and then I got cold at night). None of the other 6 people in my family had the same problem, and no one else has mentioned it, so I doubt many people have to worry about it. The biggest issue that we all had was the traffic. Route 12, in Duck, is very bad. It took us roughly three hours to get from "the bridge" to the house on check-in day (probably about 10 miles). During the week it was so bad that we despaired of turning left onto 12 out of the neighborhood and would try to only do activities for which we could turn right. That traffic, and an oath made during this trip to never again stay north of the bridge, is the only reason we will not be staying at this wonderful house (or anywhere in the Northern OBX) again. The last CONs are easily fixed: there was no recycle bin in the house (so we had to pile recyclable trash on the counters of the kitchen until someone wanted to go downstairs and outside to the outdoor bin); and all of the cabinets in the kitchen that were not already full with dishes, etc., were sealed shut for some reason, so we had to store all of our non-refrigerated groceries out on the kitchen counters, which made a beautiful kitchen just always look cluttered (along with the recycling). Extras - the management's app was very nice and useful. I would like to stay at one of their managed homes again. CONCLUSION: If you can stand the traffic nearby (and maybe it will be better in future years), this is a great, great, beach house to stay in.

First time in the Outer Banks

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excelent experience!! We had a great vacation! The house is great, very clean, very well equipped, very spacious. Ideal for our family of 6, a baby and 2 dogs. We will come back!!!

Good clean house, great location

House was clean and well stocked both with kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Loved the screened porch for extra seating and the garage for storage. Everything was well maintained.
