La maison de vacances Coastal Chalet est l'endroit idéal pour une retraite de plage en famille!

Pêcher dans les vagues. Profitez du café du matin sur le pont, en mettant des parapluies dans le sable pour la journée. Faites griller un hamburger ou le poisson que vous attrapez. Surveillez les dauphins tout en admirant les oiseaux côtiers. Faites un feu de camp le soir. Regardez l'une des 4 télévisions à écran plat pendant que les enfants profitent de la Playstation 3 dans le loft. Apportez des films pour le lecteur DVD. INTERNET ILLIMITÉ GRATUIT!

Plafond cathédrale dans le salon. 3 chambres au 1er étage. 4ème chambre (mezzanine) au 2ème étage. Loft pour 7 personnes (1 lit double + 5 lits simples).

Barbecue au propane (avec réservoir de propane) fourni.

Douche extérieure et fermée fournie.

Une grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur l'océan, partiellement couverte pour permettre l'ombre ou le soleil. La terrasse est parfaite pour prendre le soleil, manger ou simplement se réunir entre amis et en famille. Une promenade privée dans les dunes mène à une terrasse au bord de la plage et au bord de la mer.

La belle cuisine du chef et le grand salon ouvert permettent à tout le monde d'être ensemble. Trois chambres privées (chacune avec télévision à écran plat), plus une mezzanine pour 7 personnes, assurent l'intimité de tous.

The house is bright and airy, very well maintained, with a spacious and super well equipped kitchen. The mezzanine for the kids sleeping area is very smart.The outdoor storage is gigantic and there are plenty chairs to sit on and relax while reading or sipping a drink. But of course the main feature is the direct access to the beach. Debbie has been wonderful during our stay, providing toys for the beach, kites, and wood for a bonfire, making our experience just perfect!

We enjoyed our time here. We loved walking on the beach and looking for shells. House was set back from the beach slightly which gave a feeling of privacy while still having great views.

Lovely home away from home

Wonderful communication from host Ann, and even a delightful pie in the fridge when we arrived! We celebrated my mothers 75th birthday and had a variety of young and old staying this trip. The private walkover, being at the end of a street in this small subdivision, and all the amenities made this an excellent location. Nice and cool inside, and wonderful breezy balcony with variety of seating options. Wonderful master suite for my parents and lots of sleeping options for all of our families.

Relaxing beach getaway

The communication with the owner was so easy and she was so kind. The pie she bought for us was amazing, and thoughtful! The location was fabulous! There’s no close house on either side and a private walk over the dunes, straight to the sand! Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed with a couple of buddies at this property for a week and I have nothing but good things to say. Clean, comfortable home in a great relaxing location. Debbie was marvelous to work with and even had her aunt bring us a marvelous apple pie. Highly recommended

Perfect Getaway

We visited the week of Thanksgiving so we had the perfect sweatshirt weather. The house was clean and spacious and the host couldn’t have been any nicer. Everything was better than we anticipated. The weather could have been a little nicer and the mosquitoes are no joke, but overall we had a wonderful time.

Awesome property for a weekend away with friends or family. Large open concept great for visiting and loft is great for the kiddos if they are careful on the stairs. My only issue is with wifi was a mobile hotspot, so not the best, but at the beach wifi isnt too vital. Overall, great experience.

Perfect getaway

The pictures didn't do this house justice. My family and i have stayed at several beach houses throughout the years and everyone loved the house and made several comments on how we should stay at this house again. It was very clean and open with a great view. The deck was amazing and the distance from the beach was great. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay again.

Great house with an amazing view!

The house was extremely clean when we arrived. Communication with the host was EXCELLENT and any time I had a question she would respond promptly. The house has its own private board walk to the beach. And what I really appreciated the most was the host allowed us to check in whenever we wanted to and stay as late as we wanted on our check out date.

We loved the house but it is not "beachfront". It is second row which was a bit of a disappointment. The loft was small and 3 of the 5 single beds were trundle beds which when pulled out left very little room. The deck at the end of the walkover was great. We would go back to this place.

Amazing beach house

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beach house. It is beautiful inside and out. Plenty of deck furniture and indoor seating. There was plenty of room in the house. The kitchen is massive and very well stocked. Everything was in great condition. The hosts are wonderful and sent us a delicious pie. They were responsive and very kind. Perfect place for a beach vacation.

Relaxing Texas Getaway

We loved the house, the view, the beach, really just about everything. Debbie and Ken were such kind and thoughtful hosts. Everything was clean and comfortable and decorated just right for that sweet beach vacation vibe without being overdone. The furniture was perfect for lounging around together, and there is plenty of room in the kitchen for everyone to gather around and help prepare and enjoy meals. We loved the deck and also appreciated the small deck at the end of the walkover when we wanted to enjoy the water but not get sandy. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave! It’s so nice to have a place in Texas like this so we can spend more time relaxing and less time on the road. Surfside may just be our new favorite.
