The ground level features a single-car garage with additional driveway parking for 2–3 vehicles. Step outside to your private pool and lounge area, complete with a flat-screen outdoor TV, perfect for watching sports or relaxing after a beach day. Behind the pool, a grassy yard offers space for outdoor games, while a propane grill and outdoor showerenhance the true Lowcountry experience.
The first floor showcases an open-concept living space anchored by a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, an oversized island, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and entertaining. The living room features a large flat-screen TV mounted above a modern electric fireplace with color-changing flames. Large sliding glass doors open to a private deck with lounge seating, and a half bathroom adds convenience.
Upstairs on the second floor, the primary suite offers a king-size bed, smart TV, and elegant tray ceiling. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and tiled glass shower, plus a pack-n-play crib for traveling families. Two additional bedrooms—a queen bedroom and a twin-over-full bunk room—each feature smart TVs and share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level.
For guest awareness, the property includes one exterior security camera facing the driveway and road only.

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The house offers easy access to three nearby beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach. All three beaches are within 1.5 miles of the property and provide amenities such as bathrooms, outdoor showers, and wheelchair accessible beach matting. Chaplin Park at Burkes Beach, in particular, offers ample parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, and walking trails.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
