The living area is outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, an electric fireplace and adjoins a sunny Carolina room- the perfect spot to take in the golf course views or to read a book! **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, a tiled backsplash and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats 5 with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen bar. You're able to access the elevated patio area and private pool deck through sliding doors off the kitchen.

Kingston Dunes 80 sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the first level of the home. It features a new wood flooring, a king bed, flat-screen TV with Roku and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second guest bedroom, also located on the first level, features a queen bed, new wood flooring, flat-screen TV with Roku and access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is located on the 2nd level of the home. This room has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV with Roku and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
