Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - Les grandes 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain villa est d'env. 1000 sq. Ft., Non-moquette et dispose d'un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, centrale AC / chaleur, et un parking couvert. L'unité dispose d'un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux. Il est à quelques pas seulement des belles eaux du golfe du Mexique. Ce complexe très bien entretenu dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, grande piscine chauffée, salle de jeux, jeu de palets et de la plage pittoresque devant la cour intérieure où vous ferez l'expérience des couchers de soleil inoubliables. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, pêche, golf, tennis, canotage, le parapente dans la région. Busch Gardens / Disney sont une courte distance en voiture. Excellent location for ladies getaway!

Fantastic Beach Cottage

We stayed here with our two kids (age 4 and 5). The proximity to the pool and beach were ideal! Everything was seamless. The layout of the cottage was also great, with two twin beds in one room and a king bed in the other. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back.

Lovely Place

The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. We loved the property, with the beach at one end and a large wonderful pool at the other end. The only regret was that our unit did not have a screened porch like most of the other villas. We would definitely come back again

Lots of Positives

Great location just steps from beach and walking distance to food and activities. Really don’t need a car. Bikes are great to have here. Several easy public modes of transportation also available. Villa has nice floor plan and is quiet. Offers gas grills, shuffleboard, beach loungers, game room and pool. Would return if in area again.

Reviewer Comments: Was good In general a beautiful place to stay with your family 👪, in particular house v6 needs new furniture (dirty), need new bed sheets and bed covers or clean at least. Need some treatment for cockroaches... thank you also garden sprinkler should start later at night 12AM to 6AM.

Great Beach, Great Location, Beautiful Weather

We stayed in Villa 6, with a family of 4 (1 high school kid and 1 college kid). Lots of things to do between the beach, the pool and free trolley to town. The Villa was the perfect size for us and the location was great. Some recommendations for the Villa would be to add additional silverware so that there is enough for 1 full day of eating in (had to wash silverware after every meal, as there were only 4 or 5 of each item). Also, the beds and bed linens could be refreshed. Other than that - the Villa layout was great, kitchen was nice, and the place was clean. We enjoyed the pool and beach daily, and watch the sunsets every evening. We would love to come back sometime!

Reviewer Comments: Amazing place with lots of memories as used to spend time here growing up. Nice amenities and close to the beach. Great community grills and just need to time it right to beat the dinner crowd.Villa could have used some deeper cleaning (furniture), some basic repair (icemaker),and some other small items for use (cutting board) but great place to catch some zzz's. Spend most of our time at the beach and the nearby oyster bars so don't require much for a place to stay.

I have been in Island House in many different villas and villa 6 is the worst: Furniture are dirty

I will never rent villa 6 again. The furniture were dirty. Kitchen cabinets falling apart. Sink was clogged when we arrived the ice maker was not working. No GFI protection around the kitchen sink

Pictures Don't do it Justice!

What we loved about this location: -Great location on the Siesta Key beach! -Beautifully manicured and maintained grounds. -Great room configuration. -Beautiful pool. Improvement opportunities: -It would be great to have some basic supplies in the kitchen and villa, such as dish soap, paper towels, kleenex. We were just in for four days and it was crazy that we had to pack beach towels. -Some rugs by the doors and in the bathrooms would be helpful. -We did have a few cockroaches in the rooms on two nights. -It would be great to have some beach equipment to use -- just say you will charge people if it's missing at the end of the stay.

Location was awesome but the Villa was outdated and had unwanted guests, palmetto bugs (large roaches) and many smaller ones. The unit shouldn't have any roaches for the cost that's being paid. That being said I would go again with the agreement that they would spray for bugs before my next stay, not good when you go reach for a bath towel and they crawl on your hand.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only some units have a porch, washer/dryer! Very misleading. The beach access and property is beautiful. The central air does not work. 75-78 degrees in unit. Called to get it looked at, lady was very rude, and asked how cold do I expect it to be. You have to beg for a trash bag and toilet paper daily, easier to just bring your own. Also be prepared to do laundry as you have to wash the few towels given to you at beginning of your stay. FYI Lots of rules come up after money is taken that are not listed on site as far as what is permitted to be driven on property (bikes etc.) Garbage trucks drive very fast down small road so not. a great place if you have small children. Seems more for the elderly. Would not recommend for people with racially blended families or small children. Doors were broke upon arriving. One was fixed, bathroom door was partially fixed and maintenance never returned to complete job

The villa had most things we needed and it was great to have a full kitchen for breakfast and some meals in. The living room had more than enough space for our family of 6 to relax at the end of the day. The beach was just a few minutes walk away and the pool was so nice and warm. The game room was great for the kids also. Next time I will remember to bring salt and pepper for cooking and quarters for the laundry facility. We would love to stay here again- it was an all around great place to stay for vacation.

I would stay here again

My family enjoyed our stay. Only thing is simple maintenance would have made the experience better. Door to bathroom in master bedroom doesn’t close well. Fan blades in master bedroom were very droopy. A tall person could get their head knocked. Other than that it was comfortable.
