Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Floride - Crescent Beach. Cette chambre 2, 1 salle de bain villa duplex est 1000 sq. Ft. Salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète (tous les appareils), véranda. Centrale thermique / ac. L'unité a un roi, deux jumeaux, dormeur. 3 téléviseurs. Il est situé en face de notre grande piscine chauffée et se trouve au 2ème étage. Cette unité est à quelques minutes à pied des plages de sable cristal bleu et blanc. Ce complexe est situé sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. La vue est pittoresque et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Il ya deux cabanes de plage, chaises de plage et d'une cour pittoresque front de mer avec des palets. Il ya aussi une salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Visitez le Island House Beach Resort et faire de vos vacances un moment inoubliable.

Key West alternate

Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3rd consecutive year renting this unit for total of 11 weeks. Hoping new owner will start making some updates in furniture, mattresses, garbage disposal, and kitchen & bathroom amenities so that our stay in '23 will be even more enjoyable.

it's not my favorite villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love island house every year I come with my family, this year I did not book early and I had to choose villa 10B and I really did not like it! the beds are very uncomfortable and the pots and kitchen utensils are very worn and old. With respect to the place in general, I have no complaints and the maintenance staff is very friendly.

Cockroaches!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet going up the stairs into the 2nd floor condo I think used to be a tan colour now it is so stained and disgusting it's probably 45 years old really needs to be updated. There were Cockroaches and palmetto bugs. The kitchen cabinet door was falling off. You had to hold the toilet handle down till it flushed all the way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa 10 was an excellent. Fantastic location close to the beach and pool. Very clean and updated. The management staff was always friendly and helpful.Th village is a short distance away on Siesta Key . We would highly recommend villa 10 as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom depending on what you would like to book. It’s one stand alone villa that is 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Excellent

Great unit in a great complex. Partial ocean view, 2-3 minute walk to spectacular beach, nice pool, and family friendly. Unit has functional kitchen (pots/pans, dishes/bowls, glasses, etc). Only criticism is lack of kitchen "basics" - sponge, scrub brush, salt/pepper, etc., but minor issue compared to every other positive feature.

Love the location

Our villa was too close to the office and all the action...Too many cars coming and going...Loved the proximity to the gulf and the chairs and sand...beautiful beach!!! Our villa, 10B could use an update on furniture and fixtures...all a little worn but useable...All staff were friendly and courteous...We had a nice time!!!

Perfect stay in paradise

Great Affordable Stay!
