Ce complexe magnifiquement mainained est situé sur la partie la plus large de l'une des plus belles plages de la Floride centrale. Il est de 1300 sq. Ft, non recouvert de moquette, 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains. King, 2 lits jumeaux. L'unité a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, des comptoirs en granit, véranda. L'unité dispose de 3 grandes télévisions à écran plat, lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo, chauffage central / ac. Ce condo offre une vue panoramique sur les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique à partir de chaque chambre. La vue est spectaculaire et les couchers de soleil magnifiques. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'unité. Il est situé au 2ème étage. Ce complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, cour avec un jeu de palets. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée, salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Il ya beaucoup de boutiques, de restaurants, de l'or, le tennis et les attractions à proximité. On the Beach

You literally step outside of this property and you are on the beach. There are tons of chairs and lounges on the beach to use. The views are wonderful.

Great location but the unit was disappointing

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful, white sand beach! The unit needed work. There were boarded up windows in the sun room, a spare window screen propped up in one corner and shades that didn’t work. The sliding glass door didn’t have a working lock but they did send someone promptly the next day to address it (no new lock but they did get a pole to put in the sliding door track). The washer and dryer were not in the unit but shared. Washer worked fine but was very noisy. The place was clean and neat. We did play shuffleboard and enjoyed walking on the powdery white sand.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we liked the stay at 3N. We did noticed some things that need improvement such as:- kitchen back two burners didn’t work. Kitchen oven didn’t work either- master bathroom toilet didn’t fill up with water many times and needed correction inside the water tank - no extra linens in the apartment. Inside the master bedroom closet there were some extra blankets but not extra linens which could be needed in case they get dirty because at the end is a beach apartment. - we also notice when we got there the floor hasn’t been moped and the living room carpet was dirty and not vacuum prior our arrival.- the apartment lacked cleaning tools for the moping situation and I had to buy one myself in order to have a clean apartment. The mop provided is completely dirty and there were no mop tub either. Basically no cleaning tools

Spectacular Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Island House second week of March with our two toddlers. The resort was really clean. We could see people cleaning and maintaining the premises and the beach every day. The location is amazing, right on the beach, which was a huge plus for us. As per past reviews, it's true...the condo is not updated, it could definitely do with some renovation and updates. Specifically to the kitchen appliances and patio area. It would be wonderful if there was a newer working vacuum in the place too, especially if you're staying there longer and you have kids (just a suggestion for condo owners). That being said, the condo is spacious, bathrooms are great, there is everything you could want in the kitchen (appliance and dinnerware wise), there are washer/dryer units on every floor, the view is amazing! Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we will be coming back next year! Thanks for a wonderful time Island House!

Thank you for the comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. I am confused about your comment that the "unit is badly in need of updating". The owners have just put all new living room furniture, new beds, mattresses, kitchen cabinets, blinds. You have rented this unit numerous times so I am sure you noticed but did not put that in your comments. It would have been nice for you to say "thanks for the many improvements you made since we were here last year and then suggest other things you would like to see the next time. Why do you continuously rent this unit then? We have 73 units here. I would suggest choosing another unit if you are expecting everything to be brand new every time you come. Thank you

The unit was immaculate - super clean and well equipped. The panoramic ocean view was beautiful. Check in and check out was super easy. I highly recommend this property and unit. Will definitely rent this unit again. We spent most of our time in the unit enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. We played the game Quelf that's in the hall closet. It added to our stay - We had a blast! Thanks Island House Beach Resort for making our girls trip a memorable one.

Great location

The location is directly on the beach! Property management was very helpful. The pull out sofa bed was broken. Management did bring an air mattress to remedy the sofa issue. The ac was very cold! We would stay at this location again.
