Enjoy family fun at this chic SWFL home in Cape Coral! Unwind at this heated pool with tiki bar, play corn hole, or savor BBQ delights. Ample indoor and outdoor space awaits in this stunning abode. Explore the area with bike rides or canal fishing. The Coral Reef Oasis boasts 4 bedrooms, including a King in the Master, 2 queens, and a bunk bed with a trundle. The spacious patio and pool were revamped in June 2023. Embrace the relaxed, modern ambiance for a memorable stay.

This is a tranquil vacation home with 4 bedrooms: one King bed in the Master, two queen beds in 2 of the guest rooms and one bedroom with a twin bunk bed and twin trundle underneath. There is a large patio area and pool. Completely re-decorated in June 2023. The house has a really relaxed and comfortable modern vibe, which we think you’ll love.

Location:
- in the peaceful residential neighborhood in SW Cape Coral
- Just off Veterans Parkway, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shopping.
- Easy access to Fort Myers historic downtown, Fort Myers beach, Sanibel & Captiva and beyond.

Living area:
As you enter the home, you immediately get a sense of peace. You've found your vacation oasis! The living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, a Samsung TV+ with access to all of the popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, etc. There is a beautiful breakfast bar in the kitchen with seating for 6, as well as a more formal dining table with seating for 6. There are large glass sliding doors leading directly out to the patio and pool area. Outside you will find lounge seating area for 6, perfect for an afternoon nap or a spot of relaxed reading. An outdoor dining table seats 6, there are 2 chaise loungers and a tiki bar with 3 stools for all of those afternoon and evening corn hole games poolside!

Kitchen:
Accessed from the living area and dining area, it is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), a 4-slice toaster, and a double oven! There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans to create home cooked meals.
The coffee bar should satisfy all coffee lover's needs with a Keurig machine, hot water kettle and starter amounts of coffee, pods, tea and sugar to get you going in the morning.

Dining/games area:
Adjacent to the kitchen is an area with a dining table seating 6 for a more formal, larger sit-down meal. There are plenty of games for all the family and hours of fun.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is on the right side of the house and has a king size bed, Roku TV, a walk in closet and private attached bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. There is also an upscale remote controlled toilet/bidet with both heated seat and massage settings!!

On the other side of the house are 3 more bedrooms, two with a queen size bed and one twin bunk bed room that will sleep 3, including the twin trundle underneath. The queen sized guest bedrooms have closets, with plenty of space for clothes and luggage storage and the bunk room has a dresser. You will find bedding located in each closet. These three bedrooms share a bathroom, with a tub/shower that also has an access door to the pool area by the tiki hut.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer and here you will find spare towels and beach towels. You will also find a starter amount of laundry products and cleaning products. The home is also equipped with a vacuum, broom, mop, iron and ironing board.

In the garage you will find a cooler, a pool float, two fishing poles and 4 adult bikes. We’d really appreciate it if you could return all leisure items clean and ready for the next person’s use.

Outside space:
There is a large patio area with covered outdoor dining (seating 4) and conversational seating for 6. There are also 2 chaise loungers.
The outdoor chefs will love the grill as you can cook up a feast and still be in the midst of sociable conversation with everyone.

The heated pool is large enough to float for hours or take a nap poolside on one of the loungers. The tiki bar is a great spot to take in and score a fun corn hole game with friends and family!

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

This is a private residence in a non-gated community. There is both driveway and garage parking. You will have access to the entire home and back pool/patio area.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property.

Located in beautiful Cape Coral - great for morning walks or bike rides, before the sun gets too hot and it's time to head back to the pool!

You will be perfectly located to explore everything SW Florida has to offer. and are very close to Cape Harbor, where you'll find a great atmosphere, based around the marina and the restaurants there.

There are 3 public golf courses also within a short distance from the house and you are within easy reach of the shops and restaurants in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and a little further south you can explore the beaches and world class dining and shopping in Naples or Marco Island. Head north to Punta Gorda and take a day trip to the beautiful city of Sarasota.

A top tip - the Cape can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and waterways. It may help to know that 'Streets' and 'Terraces' run east to west, and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north to south. When looking for an address, be sure to have it correct. SW 15th Terrace, is in a completely different place from SW 15th Avenue, for example.

Also be aware that Veterans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Myers with Cape Coral, are toll bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $4/car.

There is also a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don't feel like driving.

The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.

Pool is heated during the season for the asking. From April - December the pool will not be heated unless the renter chooses to add pool heat at a cost per night.
Minimum booking age is 25.

Pets. We will consider small dogs (no cats) under 40lbs but ONLY with approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking and tell us a little about your furry family member. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

This home is a private residential community, and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 9am and after 9pm.

We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and at the property to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
