My housekeeper is amazing and doesn’t hesitate to make me aware of any issues so I was surprised to hear about the master’s tub and now, after your review, the second bathroom’s water. Unexpected things do happen all the time and what I did do is offer to send a plumber over whenever you all returned to the house from your event. That was my first response to you. About 10 minutes later, before I received a response back from you, I sent another message saying I didn’t want to interfere with your vacation and would send the plumber when you all checked out and allow a late check out to help with this situation. I take pride in my property and making my guest experience a great experience. I wish you was straightforward enough to make it known that I did offer to send a plumber to check things out that day. You responded around 4:30 ish that it was too late to send a plumber (this is not word for word because it includes too much details for the public view) you all would work it out and didn’t need late check out. The master bath tub is draining as it should and the 2nd bathroom shower water is hot.

I do apologize for any inconvenience caused during your vacation. You was a pleasure to have and more than welcome back anytime. I wanted to make a note that a Plummer did go in today (10/26/2023) checked and repaired both toilets.
