This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street above a quiet real estate company, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building. This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy this beautiful historic town.
Great place and great price. I missed the entry message so couldnât get in, couldnât get ahold of host and had to navigate with VRBO AI to help. It was my fault because I missed it but never heard back from the host which would have been nice. Other than that communication was great.
My husband and I are 70 with some health issues. NO WHERE did it say that this property is on the 2nd floor above a business. The place was clean however as "cute" as the decor is, the livingroom furniture is very uncomfortable. The couch is hard as a rock and the chairs fit the space but are really small. I hate to give a negative review but some of this stuff needs to be addressed.
Nice Clean spot withe wonderful owners. A bit of a stroll t downtown which I enjoy, but may be a fringe distance for some. But there is no problem parking if you are inclined to drive.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was in the perfect location for us with Historic Georgetown down the street and a REALLY GREAT Mexican restaurant around the corner. We plan to return next year to play some golf.
A perfect place to stay for my wife and I during the weekend. Super clean and new feeling with detailed decorating. A 15 min easy straight drive to Pawleys Island. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Located in a safe area near the Riverfront. Highly recommend this place.
Quaint little place. Good if you want a small place. Host was helpful, when fridge stopped working she was ready to help. Take mosquito repellent. Garden/ parking area was difficult with rambunctious three year old who wanted to throw toys around. Close to historic downtown, which was cool.
What a great stayâŠwe lived the unit and location, right close to the waterfront and other sights to be seen! The unit was well stocked with all possible essentials and well locatedâŠthank you !!
We stayed 7 nights in this lovely lodging and this amazing town. I can't say enough good things. We loved the thought and care that was taken to appoint the apartment. Keels' paintings are wonderful. We wandered the tree-lined streets, took in the sights and museums and walked to dinner every night. We brought our boat and rode out to the lighthouse and up and down the rivers. We can't wait to come back.
We stayed four nites at Keelsâ apartment and it was wonderful! Nicely decorated in modern vintage with lovely personal touches and her own beautiful paintings. Very cozy and inviting! The bar area in the kitchen was perfect since we like to make our own cocktails, and huge bonus points for having a shaker and ready made ice cubes in the freezer! The living room was perfect to relax and wind down in, I especially enjoyed reading all the books on the area! The bed and pillows were comfortable, the sheets soft and the comforter the perfect weight. We walked down to the restaurants and shops every day from this perfect location and it was an easy drive to the beaches and plantations. Returning to this apartment after a day of sightseeing or at the beach was like coming home!
Downtown Georgetown is so charming and we live on Broad street as well. We built our Real Estate and construction business there a few years ago and added the apartment above. Itâs one of the bests streets in Georgetown and in walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops on Front Street.
