Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de l'une des plus belles plages de la Floride centrale. Le condo est 1300 sq. Ft. Et est situé au 2ème étage. King, 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé. Il dispose d'un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, comptoirs en granit, véranda. Il a trois téléviseurs haute définition, le DVD, chauffage central / ac. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'unité! Le condo offre une vue panoramique de palmiers, sable blanc et les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. La vue est pittoresque et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Ce complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, cour avec jeu de palets. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée ainsi qu'une salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, tennis et d'autres attractions à proximité. Busch Gardens / Adventure Island est à 1 heure et Disney / Epcot est 21/1 heures. Excellent Location-On the beach

Great place. If I had to find something negative to write about is the location of the pool. Not a deal breaker at all its just a decent walk from beach. Parking is limited to 2 cars on property as there is no room. We left a car at Publix up the street.

Great location right on the beach. The unit was clean and had all the basic needs we needed for the stay. The covered parking spot was a plus as well. Comfortable stay for the family, loved the views from the covered balcony area. Cannot wait to return.

Unit had awesome views, was very clean, trolley stop steps away on main street, personnel more than accommodating, more that fully equipped kitchen (not that we used much) & I could go on for days. Granted some of the furnishings were worn but I wasn't at my house and I'm sure many people flow through her each year. If you want the latest in furniture stay home. The beach was the best I've been at in the US. Very clean and beautiful sand. A shell collectors dream. Not one to visit same place twice but will be back to the Island House Beach Resort.

The unit needs some updating...new mattresses are needed. The dishwasher did not work during our visit. We love the location but would probably opt for a more updated unit next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time in this unit, we usually stay in 5S. We really like the updated master bathroom and floors. The one thing that needs repair are the cabinets throughout the condo. They are peeling off the doors mainly on top of doors. Some places had tape to hold them in place. It would be nice to have a magnifying mirror attached to the wall in master bath. Other than that it was a great visit!

Pleasantly Surprised

Great beach location and comfortable/clean condo. Some of the outdoor areas of the resort could use some TLC. Exterior doors are in desperate need of a paint job which makes the property look tired and worn out. I was a little worried when walking to the condo my first night in the dark but was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was on the inside. Laundry area could also use an update. Dangerous set up and fire hazard with how the dryer is vented.
