Island House Beach Resort !! Siesta Key Floride. Ce 2 chambres, 2 unité de bain est 1300 sq. Ft. Et est situé sur une des plus belles plages de la Floride. Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, deux vérandas, chauffage central / ac, cuisine entièrement équipée, (tous les appareils) 3 téléviseurs, lecteur DVD et est situé au 3ème étage. Il a un roi, deux jumeaux. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'unité !! Ce condo offre une vue sur les palmiers, sable blanc et les eaux turquoises du Golfe du Mexique. La vue est pittoresque et les couchers de soleil magnifiques. Le complexe dispose de deux cabines de plage, chaises de plage et un front de mer cour pittoresque. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée ainsi qu'un loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, galeries d'art, golf, tennis, sports nautiques dans la région. Busch Gardens est à 1 heure et Disney / Epcot 21/2 heures. Faites vos valises et marcher dans une des vacances les plus mémorables jamais!

Beautiful property and outstanding location right on siesta key beach. The check-in and checkout process was super easy the management company is outstanding! The unit is fully renovated, very tastefully done, and super clean! They pay close attention to all the details!

Family Vacation

Our vacation started out a nightmare with another booking in Long Boat Key, I found this booking and booked our stay and from the moment we walked in the doors we had the best time. The place was absolutely beautiful, it is the best location and the view is absolutely amazing. I could not of asked for a better home away from home for my family. I can’t wait to book again for next year. Island Beach House is definitely our new temporary home ❤️

Beautiful beachview

Loved the balcony beach view and screened in porch as well as window beach view from master bedroom! The beach was beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend new mattresses as we did not have the most comfortable sleep but the view and beach made up for it! We also loved the good water pressure in the shower and all the beach toys and a puzzle we did as a family on the patio!

beautiful and very well maintained

The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. I have stayed at other such ones bfore and thought it was difficult because of humidity near the ocean but not. two things we missed - laundry in the condo & exhaust fans in the baths. But otherwise - kitchen, views, bathrooms - felt like someone really thought thru how to make it clean & simple. Would love to stay there if/when we do visit again.

View of beach to die for from the sun room. On windy or colder days we enjoyed sitting, eating, and reading there with a full view of the beautiful beach and everything happening there. Easy entry via elevator from parking. Almost like a private entrance as only one other unit used that elevator at our floor.

Dilemmas when renting during summer season

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great and the rental property was very clean. The pillows were pretty flat so that made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. will need to bring my own for next time. The property was fairly full so the noise past 10pm was very evident in the grounds by the shuffleboard area. The quiet time was not implemented so disappointed in having to deal with the noise past such a late time. Management was sent an email regarding this issue and I never heard anything back and nothing was ever done about the noise.

Better than imagined

The pictures do not do justice. This place is immaculate. View of gulf incredible. FYI, the king bed is very firm, and the 2 twin beds have memory foam. Love this place!

Reviewer Comments: We love Island House and have stayed in this condo before and plan to come back to it again. We love this place as it is quiet and the access to the beach is amazing!!! Some constructive feedback would be that unlike last time, we had an issue and called the front desk and no one ever responded. Nothing too major but the handle on our microwave broke off on the first day, called twice and said they would send someone but no one showed up. Some areas of the condo looked to not have been cleaned in awhile (area around door knobs, by light switches, etc. I cleaned with stuff we bought and it came right off. Just surprised as last time we visited the unit was spotless.

Great getaways

The building and grounds were well-maintained and the unit was clean, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was modern and was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware for cooking and serving a small group. The views from the family room and lanai were beautiful and the unit was just steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
