Two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level and feature private en-suite bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms are situated downstairs along with a movie room (updated to an 85 inch smart TV) and an office space that boasts a stunning window view.

Relax and unwind in the cozy movie room or showcase your musical talent on the electric baby grand piano. Each bedroom is equipped with plush pillows, comfortable bedding, and a TV for your entertainment.

Choose from a five-bed setup that includes 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin XL beds or a seven-bed arrangement that converts the rooms with King beds into rooms with 2 Twin XL beds each. With flexibility in bedding arrangements, this home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or colleagues traveling together.

Featuring a lagoon with a beach, Humboldt Park is also home to the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture.
*Reserving person must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*All events or parties must first be approved.
*Pets must be noted on the reservation and additional fees apply.
*We love keeping our home pet friendly, but cleaning a full house completely of pet hair is a large chore, so if any is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
* No smoking is allowed in the property.
*Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy and being mindful of energy costs.
*If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
*If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
*If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
*Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
