We enjoyed our stay and the house was nice and clean. Hot tub worked good and pool was clean and enjoyable. Would stay here again.

Great location if your going to be doing things in downtown Vegas. Mins away from from restaurants, shopping stores, attractions, and casinos. Good communication with the host. We had issues with the jeeted tub not getting hot water and the hot tub was only partially filled with water so we couldn't use those two things that we looked forward to use. Overall clean, could of used a dusting of the ceiling vents. The pool was clean and the back yard was great to just hang out in. Overall great stay and we would stay there again. Hopefully if we do we can enjoy the hot tub and jetted tub this time.

Nice property in a nice neighborhood, Seems like a safe neighborhood but every house has bars on the windows and doors. Was disappointed that you really can’t see outside. The window shades are not designed to open, which is a shame since the back yard is every bit as nice as what you see in the pictures. We were mostly disappointed in the outdoor jacuzzi. It was an important amenity for some of our group members. It did not heat and half the jets did not operate. The jetted tub in the Master BR seemed nice but we ran out of hot water well before being able to fill it past the jets. The kitchen was nice and well equipped with one noticeable exception: there is no microwave. The home is clean, but we did find some bugs and a scorpion.

We stayed 3 nights and loved everything about the house. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Groceries and amenities are nearby. Pool was clean. The host responded in a reasonable amount of time to our questions. The home did lack trash bags and trash cans (bathrooms), but I have shared that recommendation with the host. Overall, it was an excellent, low stress stay.

This is my most favorite house to stay in EVER. Had everything I needed and more and the vibes are *immaculate!* The attention to detail in the decor and choice of general stock items for guests was wonderful. I’ll be returning for sure.

First the good. The house was extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. The location was good - an easy drive to the strip but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. The pool was beautiful to sit by, though far too cold to actually swim in. They are very strict about noise (we got multiple emails about acceptable decibel levels) so I would not book this house with children or if you have plans to be outside at all after 9pm. Now the not so good. The hot tub was uncovered, only half full of water, and full of debris. It was unusable. The jetted tub in the master bathroom did not work - jets were not functional and water didn't get above lukewarm. The only two games in the house were Yahtzee and Monopoly - we went out and bought our own deck of cards. There was less than a half roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms so we ran out of toilet paper on day 2 (even looked in all the cabinets and drawers) and had to supply our own. When I messaged the owner before checking in I got responses in about a day. When I messaged the owner on day 2 of our stay about the hot tub and other issues, I got zero response. We stayed 2 more days and never did hear back from him, so none of the above issues were resolved during our stay. Very frustrating.

This house saved our trip!

Our previous VRBO host cancelled on us last second, and Oscar was able to get my group approved and booked within the same week! The house is beautiful, and perfectly aligned with the description and photos.

The Villa was a decent place to stay with an interesting 70’s vibe. The inside was clean and decorated nicely. The pool was ice cold, but our stay was the first weekend of October so even though it was high 90’s I guess that makes sense. The hot tub didn’t work the entire 3-day trip, which was a bummer because we would have used the pool more if we had the hot tub to balance out the cold. The jetted tub was beautiful, and at 5’5”, I could stretch out sitting up, both ways—it was that big. Which means without a tankless water heater, it took around 45 minutes to fill because the water gets cold before it’s a 1/4 of the way full. The AC cannot go below 70, and even in October, that made for very warm nights. We used sheets as blankets. The bed in the main room was very comfortable. I’ve never slept that well on a bed away from home! That room could definitely stand for some darker curtains for those who like to sleep in, though. The property, the yard in particular, wasn’t as bright and as put together, as it is in the listings pictures. The canopy was worn out and dirty, the hot tub cover was across the yard with other used lawn equipment, deflated floats etc. The living room blinds for the sliding glass door leading to the pool were on the fireplace which didn’t really affect our stay but it just wasn’t the house we saw in the pictures. The host was very friendly and responded within a few hours. All in all, for the price, it was a good stay, and we enjoyed our trip.

Host helpful before checkin as didn't get the door code but 2nd text got no reply.Requested jacussi use instructions and security concerns about the large hole in front door (& several punched holes in masterbedroom) but seemed like a safe neighborhood & rest of house photos were similar to those stated in VRBO.So we couldn't use jacussi but pool was great. Very Vegas style house was fun.Needed more silverware but worked fine.Thanks Cathy

Family baseball weekend

We came to Vegas for a weekend baseball tournament for my son. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils and pots and pans, hot tub provided the perfect ending to long days at the baseball field.

Vintage Villa

The Villa was in a nice neighborhood. We were out of town just enough for a peaceful stay. Grocery store and gas station about 3 minutes away. They have new appliances throughout the house. The Villa was cozy and the backyard is set up perfectly for relaxing with privacy. We made some great meals on the outdoor grill. I rate 5/5 stars. Oscar is a great host! I would definitely stay again.

Good with needs.

Great place. Needed garbage bags, toilet paper. Host provided but would’ve been nice to have on property at time of arrival. May I suggest darker curtains in master room. Sensor light outside was triggered all night by neighborhood cats. Faucet in master bath tub was leaking. All in all we loved the place. Thank you

Nice place needs some basics

The place was wonderfully decorated and true to its theme. However one of the main selling points was the indoor Jacuzzi bath which was non-functional during our stay. We tried to enjoy the outdoor spa only to find one of its pumps was not working. The listing stated there would be an ironing board and iron and there was neither.We spent 50 of our own money to buy an iron, a plunger, a hair dryer, and a French press which should be basic amenities. Overall our stay was pleasant and in a nice neighborhood but the house lacked the listed amenities.

I don’t strive to give a one star review, however, this is only to give a heads up to the next unfortunate guest. The check-in email stated if there were damages to call asap as I would be responsible at the end of my check-out. So, I took pics of the several damages in and outside of the property and called. Straight to the machine it went. No response. The spa in the ensuite that was boldly advertised as one of the highlighted amenities was broke and NO washer and dryer as advertised. Outside trash cans were overflowing with tree trimmings so our trash was piling up in kitchen until check out. Hot tub was dirty from the storm the week before. I guess Oscar just didn’t come out to check his property before his guests arrived. The only host we received was in the form of a ghost. Oscar will not be nominated for any awards resulting from this stay. Buyer Be Ware!

We had a group of 6 adult women for aLadies trip to come for a show. We had a wonderful time. The house was so neat and unique and fit us comfortably. We had a few small suggestions that I private messaged Oscar about and he was very responsive to them. We would definitely come back to this property again and hope to in the future!
