The Kraken is new with tasteful Kraken decorations to pull the space together. Packed with a big 75" TV, big double queen guest room, and king sized master bedroom. The Kraken is the perfect beach house to get your toes in the water in minutes, the perfect beach community to walk to local cuisine, with the perfect creature comforts of home. The penthouse floor is for families/groups that want to have fun together with epic sunsets perfect for sun downers.

The Space:
I designed this space to be comfortable, relaxing, and spacious for groups of up to 6 people. The photos are exact, the furnishing are new and comfy, and the balcony views are best right after an afternoon shower. All the interior was redone in 2023, all the furniture is new in 2023, even the pool was just completed and new in 2023!

This booking is for the top unit on the duplex and you can book both units for added fun for groups up to 12 people. The property has large comfortable beds only! I have stayed too many times cramped in a bed smaller than a queen and I want guests to sleep well after a sun and fun-filled day.

The kitchen is packed full of any cooking item you need, with larger pots/pans to easily create a larger meal for all hungry guests. Oh the garage!!! It's huge - on your side you'll be able to park 2 cars (plus one in the driveway) and still have room for bikes, toys, and anything else you want to bring. Plus in the garage there's a beach cart, beach chairs, and even an extra full fridge to stock with drinks during your stay.

Do you click to get the Golf Cart? It's a 6 seater Lithium cart that's $10 a day, billed at time of booking. Makes the run to Kooky Coconut for some Capitain Butterscotch with the group so much fun. It even has ground effect lights and a stereo to cruise in more style then everyone else. Safely parked in the garage for easy access, charging, and staying clean!

The Neighborhood:
THE BEST - I have been vacationing to beaches since I was 5 years old. I can tell you that after spending weeks and weeks of my life at the beach; Indian Rocks Beach is the best I've found. After 35 years of traveling to beaches I picked IRB and finally bought a beach home for our family to enjoy for years to come. Easy smooth warm beach swimming, fun unique dining, lots and lots to do all over - get here as soon as you can to experience it yourself........

Getting Around:
FEET FIRST - your toes will be in the gulf in under a two minute walk. Plus you can walk to the inter-coastal side in the same time. Your feet can get you to a gas stations for extra ice/beverages in two minutes as well. Hungry? There are several restaurants within a two minute walk also.

Other Things to Note:
I have the beach items handled. 6 beach towels are in the closet in the guest bathroom. Plus theres a beach cart in the garage and 6 beach chairs.

We are a family of 6 and will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. We spend several weeks a year at our property and expect guests to treat our space with integrity.

ALL GOLF CART DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE, SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER AND PROVIDE US WITH A PHOTO OF THEIR DRIVER'S LICENSE BEFORE THEIR STAY.
