The space
Welcome to SPACCIO, a peaceful one-bedroom home with all new furnishings and a beautifully curated private yard. Experience serenity and tranquility in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Located just outside of the vibrant Wilton Manors LGBTQ+ neighborhood, our spacious property is a short drive to multiple beach access points, FATVillage Arts & Entertainment District, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and Las Olas Boulevard.

LIVING ROOM
As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide an abundance of natural light, while also offering beautiful, calming views of the sunrays peeking through the lush bamboo plants lining the exteriors of the property. But the magic doesn't end there, because at night the living room is calmly lit by all of the soft warm landscape lighting allowing full use of SPACCIO day and night. Sliding glass door access to both front and back fenced yards. The Living room is equipped with a super comfy convertible lounger couch, with electronic reclining seats, adjustable headrests, and storage space (with cozy throws), That if needed, it can comfortably sleep a child or third guest (an extra guest fee will apply). XX” SmartTV, with Roku Guest Access, Comcast Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, and access to most online streaming services. Spaccio has a built-in Sound system with Bluetooth and USB accessibility for movies, music, or your favorite podcast (user instructions available throughout the space) Please keep in mind that we are friends with our neighbors and want to keep it that way, so make sure to adhere to the City of Fort Lauderdale Noise Ordinance from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. If you prefer to unplug, grab one of our board games with family or friends.

DINING/KITCHEN
The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, which can comfortably seat six people on our natural wood table with chairs and bench seats that compliments the bamboo surroundings perfectly. The fully equipped kitchen is a semi-open-plan and features a built-in cooktop, Microwave, wall oven, Jenn Air French Door Refrigerator with working ICE MAKER, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee Machine + supplies, Moka pot espresso maker, Glassware, dishware, utensils, drinkware, spice rack, ample storage space, and a large countertop that invites guests to create large entertainment spreads or use as dining space around the kitchen.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM
The bedroom is generously sized and boasts 3 large windows that allow for plenty of natural light to filter in with beautiful views of the sunrise on the east-facing window and the serene yet fiery South Florida sunsets through the west-facing window. Equipped with a perfect “WFH’ workstation, ample closet space, XX” SmartTV with Roku Guest Access, Iron, ironing board, and steamer. The space is perfect for unwinding after a long day or setting a chill vibe for a night in. Our super comfy bed ensures a good night's sleep on high-quality, crisp, and sanitized linens for whatever your stay may bring. The bathroom has a rainfall showerhead that when combined with our COMPLIMENTARY Marula Oil bath amenities, our guests will have a rejuvenating shower experience. Sanitized bath linens (Towels, handtowels, washcloths, bathmats, Hairdryer, toilet tissues, and shower toiletries)

OUTDOOR SPACES
Our spacious and beautifully landscaped yard spaces offer various gathering areas with a lush privacy buffer of mature shade trees and with ample seating spaces. Plenty of outdoor furniture with a Private Hottub, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and Grill. Because our outdoor spaces are a major highlight at the property, we take pride and keep our lush landscaping well-maintained and manicured. After a day at the beach, grill some fresh Florida seafood from one of our favorite local fish markets on our BBQ, or gather your group at the alfresco dining space for family-style meals, picnics, and cookouts. The yard has full access to sunlight from sunrise to sunset due to its positioning, making it a bright oasis all day long or you can enjoy watching the sunset, and the moon and stars rise over the Florida sky. At dusk, the air is fragrant with night-blooming jasmine coming from the surrounding area. At night, the landscape lighting converts the space into a sexy, relaxing “Spaccio”. Our front yard is also fenced in with direct 2-point access, connected to the back outdoor space, and well furnished. With so many inviting outdoor spaces for morning coffee, reading a book, working from home, or playing one of our outdoor games, with friends and family, our yard offers plenty of “Spaccio” for your outdoor needs

LAUNDRY ROOM/WORKOUT SPACE
Our fully converted garage space is equipped with double sliding glass doors that open up and allow direct access to the hot tub/BBQ area of the backyard, and additional screen doors to keep bugs out during summer months allowing the space to convert from indoor to outdoor space in seconds. Full-size washer and dryer with guest access, Hot tub towels, and some workout equipment, mats, and wall mirrors for a quick workout or a relaxing Yoga moment (indoor or outdoor). Quick kitchen access through this space, for outdoor entertaining.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. However, there is a locked owner's closet in the common area. This is strictly off-limits and guests are not allowed access. Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes for our Digital Lock system.

Spaccio is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. This is strictly enforced by us as hosts and by the city.

HURRICANE SEASON: June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.

Pet Rules: The guest agrees to be fully responsible and liable, and pay for any damages or injury caused by, or as a result of their pet. Pet damages can apply to floors, carpeting, walls, windows, screens, molding, furniture, and landscaping, etc. The guest promises not to leave food for the pet outside the house, which can attract other animals, critters, and bugs. Guest agrees to keep their pet clean at all times, and keep the premises in a clean and sanitary manner properly disposing of pet dropping as quickly as possible.

To ensure you and other guests are protected and to comply with all state and local emergency orders/in Broward County, FL, below are the safety measures we are taking. We need your cooperation as well.

• Our property is clean, safe, and ready for your arrival. The property has been cleaned, and frequently touched surfaces and objects have been sanitized, including tables, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, countertops, handles, desks, phones, toilets, faucets, and sinks. All linens have been washed and dried on high heat.
• Extra time has been taken to complete enhanced cleaning procedures between stays, in accordance with CDC cleaning and sanitization procedures.
• CDC guidance is provided in our welcome folder; please read through it.
• Upon exiting the property at checkout, please turn on all ceiling fans to facilitate air circulation.

Within minutes you can be at one of the world's most amazing beaches, or walking along world-famous Las Olas Boulevard, Taking a stroll through fashion boutiques, art galleries, and sidewalk cafes on Wilton Drive. Or treat yourself to shopping at the nearby Galleria Mall or at the third largest shopping mall in the southeastern United States, Sawgrass Mills Mall. Rent a bike and ride down Ocean Drive while enjoying beautiful beach views, and stop for a dip in the beach or a beer at one of the many beach bars, and plenty of places to rent Kayaks/ Paddleboards nearby. Whatever sparks your interest during your stay, greater Fort Lauderdale has something for everyone.
