This 3rd floor newly remodeled luxury condo is the largest unit we have to offer! You'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor with a spiral staircase that brings you to 2 additional bedrooms and full bath upstairs. The master suite features a king-size bed, its own balcony access, double vanity, and separate washroom. The second guest room has a large king-size bed as well as sizable closet space, and large flat-screen television. A third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and boasts ample closet space. The shared full-size hall bathroom has a shower/tub condo perfect for taking a relaxing bath after a long day at the beach. Upstairs, you'll find the two additional bedrooms with complete closed off privacy from the downstairs area and a 3rd bathroom. The first room upstairs, the 4th bedroom, has 2 queens size beds. The 5th bedroom has a bunk, twin over full. The high ceilinged living room and dining room area is furnished with an extra large couch, two comfy recliners, and wall-mounted flat-screen television. Cook up some delicious Gulf seafood in your fully stocked kitchen and savor your meal at the three -person breakfast bar, the four-person dining room table or on your spacious, furnished balcony.
Wake up early to enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony; you might even catch one of our magnificent sunrises. Listening to the sounds of the waves while admiring our famous white sand beaches is the quintessential way to start your day! Once you get the beach bag packed, cooler filled, and swimsuits on, take the short elevator ride down to the unforgettable shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Don't feel like setting up beach chairs? We've got you covered! You'll find a beachside rental service waiting to set up beach loungers and an umbrella for your convenience. If you need a break, why not take a plunge in our community pool. Make sure to use one of our outdoor grills to grill up a lovely afternoon BBQ. When you've built as many sandcastles and soaked up as much sun as you can handle, head back up to your private balcony to bask in one of our awe-inspiring sunsets. Throw those wet towels in the washer/dryer, located near the kitchen, so they'll be warm and ready for your next trip down to the beach!

2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
