Enjoy a fully furnished 900+ sq. ft. space on the second floor of a spacious 4,240 sq. ft. home, reserved exclusively for guests. With its own entrance and a limit of two guests, this rental offers privacy and comfort.

Shared laundry room (only common area)
The hosting couple resides on the opposite end of the first floor, ensuring a quiet and pleasant stay. Perfect for a peaceful getaway!
Conveniently located between Portland and Old Orchard Beach. Ken’s Place Seafood restaurants are around the corner. A short walk to Scarborough Marsh.
You can go to the laundry room in the basement anytime. Request for use of piano, bikes and canoe beore booking.
