This spacious 3-bedroom stay can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and boasts a centralized location to all that southern Pennsylvania has to offer.

We now offer a Level 2 EV Charger for guest use. Tesla EVs will need an adapter.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement and garage. Feel free to use the back and front yards also.

We are available to our guests if the need arises, otherwise we allow our guests all the privacy they need.

Located on a quite road between Amish and Non-Amish neighbors.

Parking for 2 vehicles is provided on site.

Please be careful pulling out of the driveway as there is a hill to the left blocking your view.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway at any given time. If you have more, please let us know and we can arrange parking next door.
Additional rules
1. Quiet hours: Between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

2. Access: Guests are allowed access to the property with the exception of the basement and garage.

3. Alcohol: Wine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation. No hard alcohol (liquors, whiskey, bourbons, etc.) No drunkenness.

4. Drugs: No drugs or illegal substances on any kind, including marijuana.

5. Smoking: Allowed outside only. NO smoking in the home. Do not dispose of buds on the ground. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of this policy.

6. Behavior: No foul language, inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior. Please dress modestly.

7. Trash: Please dispose of trash and pet waste in appropriate containers.

8. Pets: We have a No Pets policy unless it is a certified service animal. However, we will consider requests on a case by case basis. Sorry, due to allergens and cleaning, cats are not allowed.

9. Fireworks and outdoor fires are prohibited by Paradise Township.

10. Please do not consume food and drinks in the bedrooms and living room.

11. We are limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway at any given time. If you have more than 2 vehicles, please let us know and we will arrange a spot next door.
