This Cabin is only 10 minutes to the Pigeon Forge Parkway and a short drive to all of the other great area attractions in Townsend, Gatlinburg, and all The Great Smoky Mountains area has to offer!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Sleeps (8) (No more than 6 adults recommended)
- 1 KING BED in the MASTER SUITE located on the main floor which also includes electric fireplace, in suite bathroom, and flat screen TV.
-2nd KING BED bedroom is an open loft that includes a king bed & trundle bed with 2 TWIN MATTRESSESE as well as the air hockey table & mutlicade.
- 1 QUEEN size pull out sofa is located in the living room

New Years Family Getaway

Overall our stay was fantastic! The location of the property to get to hiking trails, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is excellent. Cabin is super cute, we enjoyed the hot tub and our teens enjoyed mini golf. We did lots of hiking which was about 30 mins to several great trails. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Always a bonus!We communicated with the hosts and they promptly responded. Only negative is first morning we could hear car traffic from the main road down the hill when sitting on back deck. but that only happened once. And the WiFi was spotty at times. Cabins in the neighborhood are somewhat close, but designed so each has privacy, we only heard neighbors first night we arrived. We even saw fireworks on NYE, which was fantastic.

Fun Getaway!

Great location—only 3 miles to the nearest Kroger—yet feels out in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful view that you can see while soaking in the relaxing hot tub! A true log cabin. We had tons of fun too with the video arcade and air hokey in the upstairs game room. The surround sound in the living room was also a nice touch!! The putt putt course kept us entertained as well. We really didn’t have to leave the property for entertainment! We had plenty to do right there in the cabin. Plenty of towels and toiletries.

Great Getaway

Very nice property. Hosts very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay in this property again. 10-15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and many attractions. Hot tub was very nice. Only issue was having to pull the fuse to get the hot tub to work and to turn it off. Not a big deal. Also had an issue with the upstairs TV not working properly but with the air hockey table and game machine upstairs it was fine.

Great place!

Theo’s Bearadise was the perfect place for our family. Short drives to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg meant we had unlimited entertainment, shopping, and dining options. Owners were communicating well with us before and throughout the stay. Cabin was very clean and well maintained.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Theo's Bearadise! Clean, cozy, close to town. It has everything you could want! Owners were very responsive when needed. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again someday!

We LOVED this cabin! The location was close enough to fun activities without being in a busy/loud neighborhood! The hosts responded quickly to all questions and provided a detailed guide book after booking the property!

Great cabin in a peaceful resort neighborhood!

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was a short drive from the main town which makes you feel right at home. Very peaceful and quiet as well, just as a cabin in the mountains should be. The cabin was very clean and the owners are very responsive to any questions you have.

Very Lovely!

Very nice cabin! Clean, and comes with all necessities!!! Owners provide app for all info, which is extremely handy. Kids loved having a pool nearby, and the games at the cabin.

Location, location, location!!

Our stay at Theo's was amazing! I was really impressed with the location to everything we wanted to do while on our much needed vacation. We were never further that 10 minutes from all the shopping and dining locations we had picked out. We spent a considerable amount of time on the back deck and in the hotub enjoying the scenery and being close to nature. Should we plan another vacation to the Smoky Mountains, we will for sure be choosing Theo's again! Oh and be sure to check out The Old Mill Creamery, one of the favorite treats of the entire trip!

Two thumbs…or bear paws up

My kids loved our stay. We were in town for a Ripken tournament. This cabin was close enough to the craziness of Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to feel like you were out in the mountains. Our kids loved staying together in the loft, playing air hockey, and were able to use their PS5 they brought on the tv up there. My wife and I enjoyed watching sunsets on the swing on the back deck. We are homebodies and made dinner at the cabin multiple nights. The cabin had everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals. The grill on the deck was clean and easy to use. Hot tub worked great, and the kids also enjoyed the community pool and putt putt. Definitely recommend this cabin for a family of 6 or less.

Spring Break

Really enjoyed our stay at Theos Bearadise! Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do wheter it was hiking to waterfalls or just going to grab a bite to eat. Hosts were super responsive when we had questions. Great place for a family getaway!

Family friendly cabin near Pigeon Forge

We had a wonderful stay at Theo’s Bearadise. The cabin was very clean. The kitchen had all of the supplies you need to cook meals. The kids loved the mini-golf course on the resort. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this beautiful cabin that is large enough for our big family, but also great for couples, & contains enough entertainment for everyone! It has beautiful views of Bluff Mountain in a resort atmosphere that includes indoor/outdoor pool and mini golf that the whole family enjoys.

It feels like you're away from all of the noise while being a short 10min drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway!
