This Cabin is only 10 minutes to the Pigeon Forge Parkway and a short drive to all of the other great area attractions in Townsend, Gatlinburg, and all The Great Smoky Mountains area has to offer!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Sleeps (8) (No more than 6 adults recommended)
- 1 KING BED in the MASTER SUITE located on the main floor which also includes electric fireplace, in suite bathroom, and flat screen TV.
-2nd KING BED bedroom is an open loft that includes a king bed & trundle bed with 2 TWIN MATTRESSESE as well as the air hockey table & mutlicade.
- 1 QUEEN size pull out sofa is located in the living room

The cabin was great! It was very clean!!! It’s just far enough away from the city but not too far away to drive into town every day! The pool was great. We enjoyed everything!!

Beautiful

Beautiful cabin and great location. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch looking at the mountains. Owners were great to work with. Will definitely be back.

Great Family Stay

Theo's Bearadise was exactly what we needed for our long weekend trip to Pigeon Forge / Garltlinburg. It's far enouugh away from the main strip to feel like we're sleeping way up in the mountains...but close enough to make activities worth the trip down. Loved our stay!

Great cabin in a peaceful resort neighborhood!

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was a short drive from the main town which makes you feel right at home. Very peaceful and quiet as well, just as a cabin in the mountains should be. The cabin was very clean and the owners are very responsive to any questions you have.

Great cabin with good location!

Cabin was exactly what we were expecting for our family vacation to the Smokey Mountains. Short drive to main parkway in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and not far from Gatlinburg for the National Park.

Great Stay in the Mountains

Great location and easy driving roads to get to the cabin. We really enjoyed that the cabin is in a gated community that has a pool and mini golf course. Cabin had everything we needed. Good communication with the host.

Quiet and fun place to stay

This cabin was great! The location can't be beat, it's really close to all the touristy fun, but feels like you're out in the secluded wilderness. The cabin was very clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. The arcade cabinet and air hockey table were both great for keeping the kids entertained when a rain storm came through. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay. Cabin was great!!! Pool waterfall was not on and didnt seem like it was on anytime recently. Putt putt course was very littered with debris .

Location, location, location!!

Our stay at Theo's was amazing! I was really impressed with the location to everything we wanted to do while on our much needed vacation. We were never further that 10 minutes from all the shopping and dining locations we had picked out. We spent a considerable amount of time on the back deck and in the hotub enjoying the scenery and being close to nature. Should we plan another vacation to the Smoky Mountains, we will for sure be choosing Theo's again! Oh and be sure to check out The Old Mill Creamery, one of the favorite treats of the entire trip!

Cozy Getaway

Cozy cabin in a great location; 5-10 minutes to Pigeon Forge attractions. Gated community with clean pool area. The cabin is perfect for a small family with great amenities (jacuzzi, hockey table, swing, surround sound, views of mountain). We did experience a few small issues, but owner quickly remedied the situations. Owner is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Overall great property for a family getaway in the mountains.

Home Away From Home

A beautiful place to stay with a short drive to everything. Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Had a small issue and contacted Brendan who got back to us within 15 mins. Did everything within his power to fix the issue. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area. 2 thumbs up 👍👍

Would stay again. Highly recommended

We stayed for a family vacation and it was perfect. We have an almost 2 yr old and a 4 yr old. We were so impressed with how kid prepared it was. There was children plates, silverware and glasses, a high chair, pack-n-play and books. The cabin was very clean and communication with hosts was so easy. The roads to get to the cabin are all paved, although curvy but every road to places to stay not right on the strip are curvy. It was easy getting to the cabin and the resort is secure with a coded access. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great Place for Family

My family (two adults and three 12 year old children) came to Pigeon Forge for several days to go to Dollywood. This cabin was perfect for us - not too big and not too small. The location was great as well. We were close to everything but not in the middle of the congestion. We didn't have much need to contact the owners but they were super responsive the times we did. Our trip was too short to use the community pool but I'm glad it was available. The kids definitely enjoyed the hot tub. There were golf clubs and balls in the unit if we wanted to play the miniature golf course in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

New Years Family Getaway

Overall our stay was fantastic! The location of the property to get to hiking trails, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is excellent. Cabin is super cute, we enjoyed the hot tub and our teens enjoyed mini golf. We did lots of hiking which was about 30 mins to several great trails. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Always a bonus!We communicated with the hosts and they promptly responded. Only negative is first morning we could hear car traffic from the main road down the hill when sitting on back deck. but that only happened once. And the WiFi was spotty at times. Cabins in the neighborhood are somewhat close, but designed so each has privacy, we only heard neighbors first night we arrived. We even saw fireworks on NYE, which was fantastic.

Great Cabin

Theo’s Bearadise really was paradise. The cabin was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Our two daughters especially loved the air hockey and arcade games, and we all loved the beauty surrounding us at the refreshing pool. The drive to Pigeon Forge was so convenient and neighborhood so peaceful.The owners should be commended for excellent and speedy communication as well as just an outstanding place to stay. HIGHLY recommend!

Communication was EXCELLENT! Floor plan was perfect for my family. We have 3 sons (17, 16, 11), so the air hockey table and arcade console were actually a selling point on this particular cabin for me and they loved it. Super clean, WiFi was excellent, smart TVs all worked great. The porch swing and rockers on the back porch were very much utilized for morning coffee. Even though it is around other cabins, the foliage and the way the porch was designed made it feel extremely private. Downloading the welcome guide to the cabin was super handy because I needed to refer to it a few times, so anyone else booking, I would recommend doing the same.

Fun Getaway!

Great location—only 3 miles to the nearest Kroger—yet feels out in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful view that you can see while soaking in the relaxing hot tub! A true log cabin. We had tons of fun too with the video arcade and air hokey in the upstairs game room. The surround sound in the living room was also a nice touch!! The putt putt course kept us entertained as well. We really didn’t have to leave the property for entertainment! We had plenty to do right there in the cabin. Plenty of towels and toiletries.

We love this beautiful cabin that is large enough for our big family, but also great for couples, & contains enough entertainment for everyone! It has beautiful views of Bluff Mountain in a resort atmosphere that includes indoor/outdoor pool and mini golf that the whole family enjoys.

It feels like you're away from all of the noise while being a short 10min drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway!
