Awesome place and location!

Place was as advertised and more. Perfect location less than 1 block from the beach and Jax beach bars/restaurants. The 2 full baths is a huge plus if you are staying with a few people. We will definitely be looking to re-book this place in the future!

Cute cottage

This was a wonderful place to stay in Jacksonville! It is perfectly decorated and recently updated. It is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. Chris was very welcoming and readily available. We would highly recommend here to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville.

Great Pet Friendly Place

Was there for the JU Lacrosse game and the place is awesome. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very cozy and super comfortable beds.

Whale Beach Cottage

The cottage was lovely, however the air conditioner could not be turned below 75 degrees. There was a dehumidifier that had to be emptied every couple of hours. The dehumidifier and air purifier ran constantly and was rather noisy. Also, there was a distinct musty odor that was very noticeable.

Wonderful Cottage! The owner is so great with the little touches that make you feel at home! 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Great area and felt very safe! 10/10 would stay here again!

Great location. Cute cottage.

Property is as described. Great for kids. Plenty of toys and beach stuff plus drink coolers. Easy to contact management if needed and quick response. Had everything we needed for infant. Cute little cottage and private.

Short walk to the beach and all the amenities. Plenty of towels and chairs along with a cart for going to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and description is good on listing

Great location but small

The location is great! We used to live in Jax and this is close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy and close. Be aware that you’re on the back property (that wasn’t clearly disclosed to us). It is very small. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids between the ages of 5-11 and it was very tight. There is a beach cart, cooler and chairs but you will need to bring other items like an umbrella, boogie boards, buckets and shovels if you have kids. The kitchen was bare minimum- oil Spray for pans but that’s it - if you want to cook, you’ll need to bring a lot. There was no cookie/baking sheet. The air conditioners need to be kept at a certain temperature otherwise they will leak so it can get warm & stuffy. Somewhat pricey for the size compared tonight VRBO’s.

Great location!!

Great location! You can walk everywhere! We stayed here during house renovation and it was very comfortable! The walk in shower was great for my 84 year old mother who stayed in the bunk room a one night. Chris was so sweet to have fresh flowers, muffins and coffee for us. Highly recommend for a couple with kids !

Cute place.

Worked out great for us. Good location, nice fenced in back yard, beach chairs and towels, comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the cooking things we needed. Living room area seating for 4. Chris was great to communicate with and left lovely flowers and pastries for us.

Finishing out our stay

We moved into this property as we had to extend our stay in Jacksonville beach due to my husband’s job and our rental until this time was already booked. It’s a cute little house and really close to the beach and with in walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you fill all the beds in this rental you will be a little cramped on space when eating but it worked for my husband and me.

Adorable Little Property Just Steps From the Beach!

The property was perfectly sized for my family of four (two teenage boys, my husband, and myself.) Everything was clean and modern, and the keyless entry made everything so smooth and convenient. The courtyard was perfect because we could leave all our beach stuff out under an overhang. Nothing got wet in the rain, and we never had to drag sandy stuff in to the unit. It is literally a 1/2 block to the beach from the unit, and there is a ramp to get across the wide stretch of sand at the entrance. I couldn't have asked for an easier walk! Overall, we were very pleased with the location, the manager, and the experience overall. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Adorable, comfortable, and functional! Small but functional for our group of 5. Great location - literally 2 min walk to the sand. Beach goodies provided - beach chairs, umbrella, canopy, and beach wagon! Our pug loved the entirely enclosed courtyard! We sat out in the courtyard every night, enjoying the beach vibes. (Bug spray recommended - FL has mosquitoes.). Master bed and bath very comfortable. Second bedroom and bath was great for sleeping. Kitchen was adorably appointed, with everything you need to cook your own meals (except the food), which we did every night of our stay. The living room area was a bit small for our group, but only while watching TV, which we didn’t do very much. Chris was very communicative and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend! Would love to return!
