Entièrement rénové plage appartement en bas en face de la plage. Tout a été entièrement mis à jour. Entièrement meublé. planchers de bois franc revernis dans le salon, une cuisine et une chambre à coucher. Nouvellement carrelée chambre principale et salle de bain. cuisine Mise à jour avec toutes les commodités. Cour arrière clôturée avec barbecue, hamac et table de pique-nique. Grands restaurants, cafés, boutiques de surf, de divertissement et de la jetée à distance de marche. Tous les autres achats une très courte distance en voiture. Deux chambres à coucher complètes; une avec un lit king size avec deux lits jumeaux. Salle de bains avec baignoire / douche.

Internet haute vitesse, Netflix, TVHD par câble

Les petits animaux de compagnie sont acceptés, avec notre approbation préalable et un dépôt pour animaux de compagnie.

Wonderful place!

Everything was wonderful!!! We had a great stay. Extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Super clean and cute. So close to a really lovely beach. Boogie boards were a lot of fun…also bikes but we didn’t get a chance to use them. Host very responsive. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Exceeded Expectatiins!!

I take months to decide on a place to stay when we travel…especially to a new place. From the moment we pulled up to the front of the cottage and saw the beautiful beach just across the street and opened the front door to see the cute beach decor inside…I was in love. If Hollywood created a set for the perfect beach home, it would look like this cottage. Incredibly spacious and the king size bed was so comfortable. We weathered a little of the hurricane here and felt safe and cozy. Location is perfect to head north or south up or down the beach. I hope we can visit again. Thank you to the wonderful owners for making everything perfect.

This is our second time staying here. The location is perfect, the house is very clean and well equipped. I love the hammock in the backyard.

Awesome Place

My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. We LOVE the character of the home, inside and outside.It is super clean and comfortable. Absoutely adorable.The host are great and have supplied everything you need for a pefect getaway. So close to the beach with super easy access.The location is perfect for bike rides and walking distance to shopping and eating. We didn't want to leave. Looking forward to many more future stays!!!

Best stay

I can't say enough good things about the property. My 17 year old daughter and I stayed for track nationals at UNF and we had such a great time. When she wasn't competing, we walked to the beach or took bike rides in the area or on the beach. I spent evenings in the hammock in the back or on the porch rocker with a glass of wine. Everything we could've wanted was on site. If we end up back in Jacksonville, I hope this is available again. I'll definitely stay there again.

Perfect lLocation

We could not have been more pleased with the home. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything. The beach was just across the street. The pictures online I don’t feel did it justice. My happy place was laying in the hammock in the back yard. I truly enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again.

Short get away

I came along as my husband had to work at NAS so I booked this place because it was close to the beach and I could walk to restaurants and shops while he worked! Jennifer the host was awesome and the place was clean and lovely!

Great location

We were very comfortable in this lovely, clean & quaint beach house. The unit was well stocked with extra amenities . The property was so close to the beach with a quiet restaurant across the street. We look forward to returning in the future.

Superb Beach House

This rental is exceptional. The location is across the street from a beautiful beach that stretches for miles in each direction. The condo has all ingredients for a perfect vacation. The interior is recently re-modeled and tastefully decorated. The house is just a happy place. The owners have also supplied bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, cornhole boards and every other beach play item you can imagine. We highly recommend this home for a beach vacation rental.

Perfection

My best friend and I had the most amazing stay here. It is the perfect location - very close to the beach. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The house is just beautiful and perfect for 2 friends who wanted a nice getaway. We also enjoyed the book selection for our beach reads! I will definitely be booking this in the future!

This is our second summer staying here snd it won’t be our last! We love it! The house meets all of our needs and just steps to beach! And the beach is never crowded which is a super plus for us! Will definitely be back next summer!

Amazing place to stay

It was super clean and had all the comforts of home. It was steps from the beach and in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and ice cream places. The only thing I would recommend is maybe have more towels next time, so I’m not doing as much laundry. Also, maybe update an outlet to a usb outlet for those of us that forgot the charging block for out our devices, but otherwise this was an overall great place to stay.

Jacksonville Beach Vacation

There are so many good things to say about our stay. The house was roomy and comfortable with plenty of ways to relax and enjoy our vacation. The backyard hammock was very relaxing and I enjoyed having breakfast outdoors. The family enjoyed the bicycles and beach gear. The home owners were really great and worked to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again when we return to the area.

My husband and I have owned this property for 25 years and it was built by his great-grandparents in 1926. I am a retired high school teacher and my husband still works in the medical field full time. In the past we have rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartments to full time tenants but after some major renovations we decided to try our hand at renting out the lower unit short term as a vacation rental home and keeping the upper unit vacant for personal use. After almost two years on VRBO we can honestly say we've truly enjoyed the experience and have met some great people.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My husband's great-grandparents had the house built in the 1920's when Jacksonville Beach was known as Pablo Beach. He still has fond memories of summer vacations with aunts, uncles, cousins and Gramma at 'the Beachhouse' when he was growing up.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We live close by in Jacksonville and are available if we are needed. The views from the place are great and the distance to the beach can't be beat! Fun,Sun,Sand and Surf. What more can be said?
