We have stayed in Frankfort many times with our family. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The location is perfect. We had friends on boats that met us and it was perfect to walk to the marinas and beach.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is second to none. Steps away from shops, food and a huge beautiful beach. It was exactly as described and spotless. The host was very nice and very responsive. Private parking was also a plus because the streets can get busy. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Front door was on Main St. with multiple shopping, dining and excursion choices. The back door sliders opened out onto a beautiful and relaxing view of the lake. The beach was just 4 shorts blocks away. Perfect location in a wonderfully decorated, clean and comfortable place. We truly enjoyed our time here!!!

We have been coming to Frankfort for years but had a shift in plans this year and we were able to snag this place for 6 nights. We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. There is a walk to the beach, so bring a wagon. It’s a great location in town and next door to the playground making it an excellent spot for families. The host was fantastic to communicate with.

We have stayed in several VRBO's in Frankfort, and this stay has been best by far. Perfectly located condo. Very clean and spacious. Everything was as described. Kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and plenty of plates, utensils, etc. We were able to park out front but parking in the garage area under the condo is fine too. Just be cautious if you have a carrier on top of your car, as it will not fit. All in all, a great stay! Will definitely stay again.

Lovely well-decorated space with plenty of room for families. Convenient to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Impeccably clean and just a great place to stay!

The PERFECT spot in Frankfort! Right on the town’s main street with a view of the boats in the harbor from the back balcony. We’ve stayed in condos all over U.S. and other countries, and this was the best!

We loved our stay at this Frankfort condo! We would definitely stay here again. The condo was well stocked, clean, and as advertised! It was walking distance to just about everywhere in Frankfort. Having the playground close by was big plus for our family with little kids.

Fun stay and great location!

We had a great time walking to town, playing at the beach, and using the nearby park and library. This location worked out well. The condo was very comfortable for the five of us. My granddaughter keeps asking when we can go back to vacation house!

Quick trip up north

Nice, clean property with convenient location to restaurants and beach. Easy drive to other great attractions like sleeping bear dunes, Crystal lake and Platte river point beach. Would definitely rent again. Definitely try Vitta Bella Italian restaurant in town. It was the best food and service we had all week.

We really enjoyed our late summer stay at this great condo. Everything there was clean and in working order. The condo was quiet for sleeping and only once during our stay did we notice any noise from the unit above (I think it was being cleaned). We could use the Wi-Fi all over the condo, even on the balcony. I appreciated having covered parking also. The location was perfect; we could walk to dinner and all of the downtown Frankfort attractions. The location can’t be beat.

Amazing Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, well cared for, and had nice amenities. There is plenty of space for a family and is easily accessible. We spent our time on the balcony watching boats sail by and fish jumping. Everything is within walking distance with great restaurants and shops. You can even walk to the local grocery store. We plan to return!!!

We had a fantastic time staying here during Michigan 70.3 event. Location could not have been better! The kids could see me running by from our balcony! Beds were very comfortable and everything is nicely updated. Kitchen had everything you could need. 10/10.

5 Star in All Ways!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our adult children and spouses for 5 nights. Communication with the owner Celia was very easy and she always responded quickly. The condo is roomy, spotless and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the balcony. There is much to do in the area and we could have easily stayed longer. It is perfectly situated in downtown Frankfort with much within walking distance including the Lake Michigan beach, restaurants, shops and Saturday Farmers Mkt. Many other activities are just a short drive away - Sleeping Bear Dunes, kayaking (we did the Betsie River), and Crystal Lake beach in Beulah to name a few. Both the Betsie bike trail and a park with picnic tables, grills and play equipment are just out the door. We would highly recommend!

Great Condo- very spatious and excellent location. Was convenient and within walking distance to shopping, resteraunts and the beach. Nicely decorated and well stocked with all of the essentials. Would definately book this property again.

Condo was clean and in great shape! Checkin was good. Had a little issue with the front door locked/unlocked but figured it out on the fly. Suggest that all the access instructions for both outer doors and condo door be placed in same paragraph of arrival info. Also arrival instructions say to turn left at the flashing red light on M-115. Coming from the east, the light is a flashing yellow light. I know.... a small point but nonetheless confusing for first timers.
