A bright and remodeled apartment located on Millionaires Row in Miami Beach with private access to the Ocean to spend and enjoy an excellent vacation. Full service building amenities with 1 complementary valet parking, heated pool, gym, play room, valet parking, etc. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Space:
Spectacular penthouse unit with amazing direct ocean views. Very spacious with 930 sqft - 88 sqm with heigh ceilings and balcony overlooking the water. Centrally located in Miami Beach, minutes away from South Beach, Surfside and Bal Harbour and close to restaurants, bars, shopping, mall, grocery stores etc.. The 2nd bedroom with the bunk bed does not have a window.
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, 1 Smart TV, Cable TV, Office desk and ensuite full bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 Bunk Bed with 1 Full size bed (bottom) and 1 Twin size bed (top). This bedroom does not have a window
