Stunning views! 6th floor Surf & Racquet Club!

Summary:
Gorgeous, updated one bedroom with spectacular views! Open concept living /dining with sectional sofa including a queen sleeper overlooks the sparkling ocean through a huge wall to wall window! Fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Dining area seats 4 and also provides that spectacular view! Luxurious King bedroom (again with a breathtaking view!) opens to the covered veranda which also opens off of the living room.

The Space:
A bistro table and chairs offer the perfect spot for meals in the ocean air! Gorgeous bath with tub/shower combination and beautiful granite vanity... We provide luxurious towels and an array of soaps shampoo, conditioner and cleansers! NEW LVP flooring throughout...

‱ Free (and very reliable) Wi-Fi High Speed broadband Xfinity Internet – no problem with video conferencing, zoom meetings, etc.

‱ HD TV programming on two large TV’s

‱ There are 2 elevators that service our building with one very close to the unit.

The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is extremely well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 SWIMMING POOLS and 4 HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns and is just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.

Although this is a new listing we are experienced hosts with 5 star reviews and we are certain that you will have an outstanding stay in our condo!

Please note: While we love children, we have set up our condo for adults only with high end furnishings and art... thanks for understanding!

This property is in a great location on the island. The condo is beautiful, exactly as pictured. This was our second stay in this unit and we’re already talking about a return trip. The beach and weather were perfect.

Amelia Island Get Away

Very nice, and comfortable condo, with lovely view to the ocean and beach. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and concerns. Enjoyed our stay very much. Location is not too far from Jacksonville and St. Augustine for day trips. We recommend this location/condo!

The description of the place and what it was actually like were the same! Everything about it was wonderful: it was clean, the bed and couch were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the view was awesome! We had a couple of questions along the way, but Kelly, the property manager was ON TOP OF THEM AND TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF THEM! We plan on coming back soon!

Relaxing Stay With Beautiful Views

Very nice and very clean with great views and ocean access. We enjoyed visiting Fernandina Beach downtown and taking a 2.5 hr boat cruise to Cumberland Island. Highly recommend this rental. Host was quick to respond to text messages regarding property access. A no hassle and relaxing stay.
