Great property, super family friendly and meets many accessibility requirements. Close to local beaches, restaurants and playgrounds as well as the wineries. House was kept beautifully and the owners were wonderful.

Wonderful house for a bachelorette group. Clean house, nice pool & close to the Vineyards. Owners were very responsive to inquiries and overall nice people to deal with. Would recommend renting this house. Thank you!

The house was extremely comfortable for 3 couples. We used the bbq which really worked out wonderfully!The kitchen had everything you’d ever need especially with the grill. Thanks for the awesome stay!!Maybe one day we’ll be back to stay!!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of six. Our four children (ages 2 to 13) all loved staying here. It was very clean, had great updates, and very comfortable. We all slept extremely well during our stay. Our hosts were wonderful, easy to contact, and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Long Island!

The house itself is clean, well stocked and spacious. Beware of hidden fees if you opt to have the pool heated. This was not mentioned in the listing and took us by surprise just before our arrival. Also request that the pool be cleaned prior to your arrival, we were surprised that it was not done and had to make the request and wait a full day for cleaning, thus losing time ( and money) in the pool. The gardens and the pool patio area could use some TLC. Overall, the location is good, the house is comfortable and is within a reasonable distance to many great places to enjoy.

Had a great stay and enjoyed location, house, kitchen, comfy beds, quiet, and was perfect for visiting family for holidays. Steve was flexible and very responsive. Overall great house and stay.

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. The property was both family friendly and a short drive to lots of other towns and attractions in the North Fork. There was a beach with a playground close by. We enjoyed the pool and were glad to be able to bring our dog on the trip.

Great Location

Perfect location to get to beaches, town, and wineries/breweries. Neighborhood is very walkable and lined with trees! Pool was perfect for end of summer dips and grill worked great! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The quiet surroundings and the access to Peconic Bay more than fulfilled our expectations. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and shopping was 5 Minutes away by car. It is a very convenient location to explore North and South Fork of Long Island. Our host was easy to communicate with and we thank for the hospitality.

Wonderful North Fork home and location

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this beautiful home. The house is in a fantastic location and is close to many of the vineyards, dining, and the surrounding beaches. The home was immaculate with many updates and a great pool. And the owners were great!

Gem in Nofo

Wonderful stay in this spacious home with my adult children. The beautiful pool and outdoor area was perfect to stay in , grill and take a dip. Excellent location with beach at a walking distance. Very responsive hosts.

Great in every way!

Great place to stay. Love the location. House was clean and beds were comfy. Nicole was amazing to work with. She helped me with planning great places to visit and responded immediately to every question I had. Really wonderful home to stay in and to check out the NoFo.

The house and property are very nice. Unfortunately, the weekend we went up it rain almost the whole time. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Terrific property

My husband and I have stayed at this house twice, and it’s been wonderful each time! The house is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and we love the outdoor space with the pool! The property owner Steve is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Highly recommended

The house was very clean, everything we needed to be comfortable was available on the premises. It was in a great location and the pool was more than enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental without reservation and I wouldn't hesitate to rent again if I return to this area.
