Quaint, Cozy, Updated Home -- 15 min to US Air Force Museum!

The home offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a family room with a single sleeper sofa in the basement. There are two full baths, one on the main level with a tub and the other in the basement with a shower. There's plenty of paved parking for you and your family members coming together for a vacation.

Come home and relax to a comfortable living room and basement family room after a day of seeing what the area has to offer. Get cozy in front of one of the three TVs... in the living room, the family room, or the master bedroom. Prepare a feast in the kitchen, which is stocked with the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need. There's a microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and hot and cold water filter/dispenser in addition to the full-size refrigerator/freezer and stove. There's also a washer, dryer, and ironing board so you can do your laundry and press your clothes. Centralized air conditioning and heating will keep you comfortable, no matter which season you come for a visit.

Experience the sights and sounds of Dayton and the surrounding communities. Check out the National Museum of the US Air Force and learn why Dayton is called the Birthplace of Aviation. Discover Dayton’s rich heritage of creativity, invention, and milestones in innovation that changed the nation and the world at Carillon Historical Park. Explore the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, a children's museum, science and technology center, and zoo that focuses on science and natural history. Take your family for some entertaining arcade games and indoor rides at Scene 75 Entertainment Center. Spend a few hours and try your luck or catch a show at Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway. More roomy than expected, very neat and clean and plenty of parking space. Up to date and cozy with board games, chess and a pinball machine! Would definitely stay again! And lots of lighting at night!

Owners are very good about communication. We had an unexpected issue we had to alert them about and they were very prompt with communication. The place is very nice, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a few people, especially if you'll be spending lots of time out of the house during the day. Enough room to enjoy comfortably, but not too much where it's excessive. We love the basement area. We booked this house last year and decided to go back again this year and we're glad we did!

Everything was great! It was perfect for our needs. The street it is on is loud and busy but that is beyond their control! Not super noticeable in the bedrooms, especially downstairs.

Perfect little home away from home

We were in town for the Dayton Airshow and this place was nice and close to the airport! Very clean and nicely outfitted! We were very pleased with our home away from home! Would definitely stay again when in the Dayton area!

We enjoyed our stay. We locked ourself out on Thanksgiving day and had to contact owner. They were very responsive to come to our aid.

The home is just half a mile from I-70, and is close to Miller Lane (where you'll find restaurants and dining, shopping and services), and entertainment for adults (Hollywood Gaming) and children (Scene 75).

My husband and I take pride in the cleanliness of our Needmore rental property. We carefully go over the entire home after each renter and bring the home back to our extremely high cleaning standard. And our short-term tenants love it, as evident in the 5-star reviews they leave.
