1 Bedroom/1 Bath Cozy Condo @ Loon Mtn Lincoln,NH

Welcome to the White Mountains in Lincoln, NH. Enjoy this centrally located condo within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Within minutes of Loon Mtn, Clarks Trading Post, Jean's Playhouse, Whale's Tale, The Lost River, Woodstock Station, and the Kancamagus Highway. A short drive to other great attractions such as the Polar Caves, Echo Lake, Flume Gorge, Story Land, Santa's Village, and endless hiking and water holes.
The unit is equipped with wifi, board games, and more.
The space
Guests are welcome to use everything in the condo. There are games, iron, ironing board, and 2 tvs.
Both tvs are hooked up with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking/serving materials such as pots, pans, dishware, toaster and more.
There is an AC unit in the main living room that will cool the entire unit.
You will need to bring your own pool towels to utilize the pool. Children do count as guests so there will be 1 towel set provided per guest, up to 2 guests
There are credit card operated washing machines and dryers in the basement of the condo. You will need to provide your own detergent/dryer sheets.
The fireplace in the unit is propane powered. The lighting instructions on the right side of the unit. Please ensure it is off when not under supervision (sleeping or not in the condo).
There is a locker in the basement for skis/snowboard. These items are only allowed in the basement.
There is a shuttle to Loon effective Dec 26th. Details can be found on the posting in the unit.
Guest access
There is a grilling area in the back parking lot guests can utilize.
There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as an outdoor pool and jacuzzi during the summer.
Credit card operated laundry machines are in the basement of the unit. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided.
There is a fully functional gym with sauna.
There is a coin operated game room located on the main floor.
There is ski shuttle in the winter to Loon free of charge.
