Come relax and take in the scenic views from this quaint and cozy lake view home in beautiful Fairfield Bay!
The space
This is a cozy (1050 sq feet) 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan. The home is located very close to the Fairfield Bay Marina(2-3 minute drive) and about a 5-10 minute drive to local grocery stores and restaurants! The house has one larger bedroom with a private bathroom as well as a second, smaller bedroom and bathroom.

Please note: This is my personal lake home that I love to enjoy when I am able to make it up to the lake. After a little bit of work and some updates, I am excited to share it with others!

The house is ideal for 1-4 people looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway to the area!

Please note:

Please no loud outside or inside music as there neighbors on most sides of the house.

The driveway is best suited for trucks and SUV’s as it is pretty steep. Please drive slowly and proceed with caution when entering the driveway / parking space.

Please limit vehicles to no more than two. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not in the street per city code.

This home is located at the end of a quiet street. There are neighbors on most sides of the house and we ask that guests be mindful of them at all times.

No unauthorized guests will be allowed on the property without prior authorization.
