When you contacted us during your stay about the kitchen lights, we immediately reached out to help explain that these are smart lights that enter a reset mode if the wall switch is toggled too quickly. Once they were reset, the issue was resolved. Regarding the downstairs bathroom hot water, the fixture has been fully functional for guests before and after your stay. The faucet handle simply has a narrow range where the temperature adjusts from hot to cold, which we understand can be confusing at first.
