Welcome to our 1-BR condo. This location is just steps from Times Square, Theater District, Rockefeller Center, Midtown, World-Class restaurants, shopping, Central Park + more! If you want to venture further, you are 1 block from all the subway stops in NYC - A,C,E,1,9,F,M,B,N,R,Q lines. Our place is ideal for solo travelers, couples and business travelers. The building boasts 24-hr Concierge, Gym, Laundry and a Roof Deck.

The condo is in a 24-hour doorman building. It is in a charming, pre-war, high-rise building with newly renovated lobby and elevators. The condo is located on 18th floor. Noise from the streets is not a problem due to the high-floor.

The unit is air-conditioned, fully furnished and very tastefully decorated with high-end furniture, great quality linens and towels.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom faces the quiet courtyard. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk, office chair, a large closet and a small smart TV. The bedroom is on the darker and quieter side, which is perfect for sleeping in New York!

LIVING ROOM
The living has street views on one side. It is has good natural light from the street view. The living room has a leather futon/sofa-bed, coffee table, a comfortable chair and a 65” smart TV. The sofa bed is suitable for sleeping one adult or two small children. We can also provide a single-person "twin size" air mattress.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a small dining nook. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooking stove/oven and coffee pot.

LOCATION
This location can’t be beat. Easy access to everything from this condo. This is a prime location, located right at the heart of Midtown and surrounded by great food, tourist attractions, shopping and grocery stores.
Easy walking distance to many top spots in Midtown; Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park, Museum of Modern Art, Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, Bryant Park and more.

Nearby restaurants include The Palm, Del Frisco’s, The Capital Grille, Mastro’s Steakhouse, Becco, Ippudo. Nearby grocery stores include The Food Emporium, Amish Market, Amazon Go and Duane Reade - all within a 2 block radius.

We will reach out about supporting documentation that will be needed from you for this application.

The reason for the rental agreement/application is simple - it is to make sure everyone is clear on the property rules as stated in the listing. The agreement helps to protect both the guest and the host. In addition, the agreement is REQUIRED by the building management for YOUR security and protection.

The $500 deposit will be placed as a *HOLD* and not a *charge*. This hold does NOT take the money from your account. We will place an automatic hold on your credit card 1 week prior to arrival. Assuming there is no damage at the property we will automatically remove this hold 7 days after departure.
