Large Sparkling Salt Water Pool and multiple entertainment areas and an incredible kitchen. Fully equipped with all you need to feel at home. Towels, linens, comfy beds, tropical decor, washer, dryer, gas grill on screened in lanai with a large beautiful salt water, electric heated in-ground pool and entertainment area. Two car attached garage. Close to all the fabulous restaurants and entertainment galore. All bedrooms have their own TV's and the Great room has a 66" TV. Wi-fi and internet and well, just about anything. Within 15 minutes of the Cape Coral Beach, and Fort Myers, Captiva beaches too, which are breathtaking sunsets. Rent a boat, spend a day shelling, or just stay put in your own oasis created for your total relaxation and enjoyment. Step inside and say Ahhhh, I like this!!

Great family vacation - the house was clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful kitchen, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Location was good - just a short drive to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island.

This house is clean, comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. We really enjoyed all the amenities at the house. Pool temperature was just right. Perfect base for our trip to the Ft Myers area.

Great 2 weeks!

We had a great time at this property. Quiet neighborhood- close to downtown Cape Coral. Property has everything you need for a great time. Pool was warm and sunny! Manager was easy to deal with and responsive to any questions. Would stay again.

Happiest Holiday!

Beautiful holiday house. My adult children and grandchildren were here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. The house is great. The pool is warm. The neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again and again.

100 Year Birthday

My married children and their kids traveled from Iowa and Orlando to be here for my dad's 100th birthday. The entire house was comfortable, clean, user (children) friendly. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the opportunity to be in such a nice space together. The owners were very friendly and accommodating with any questions we had. We will definitely book there again.

The Best Place we have ever stayed

This place was amazing!!! We as a family have stayed all over the country and this by far was the best place. All 6 of us enjoyed the pool and what the house had to offer. Very close to everything we wanted to do and we were able to just relax. Paul was great - had a few questions and he was quick to respond. Book this place if you really want to relax.

Family Perfect

My husband and 11yr old son loved our stay while attending a baseball tournament. The property was well appointed and very clean. My husband and son spent hours in the pool after a long day of baseball. The property also has many tv options so you don’t have to use your personal logins, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice place to stay

Very clean and organized home. Had everything we needed. Only mishap was all the bugs in the pool and a skimmer without a pole. Couldn’t reach to clean the pool right. This was raised with the property owner but was brushed off as a normal thing. Wish a pole was provided with the skimmer in order to clean the pool properly and to be able to enjoy the pool. The front door lock stopped working and the owner was quick to replace it. Overall our stay was pleasant minus the pool.

Relax Was Easy to do here.

My wife and I are normally beach people but this trip we stayed at this house every day. The pool was great to cool off and relax so we had no interest going to the beach every day. Susan and Paul were great answering our questions and we hope to come back again soon.

Excellent family friendly stay.

The house is very clean and looks fantastic. It was more than comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room and a nice layout. Having kids toys, pack and play, booster seat and high chair seat available took a lot of stress out of our trip planning. Everyone in our group also enjoyed the nice clean pool. House location is convenient to both cape coral and ft myers destinations. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant to walk around. Paul was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Overall a great stay that we are adding to our future plans.

First Family Vacation

Wonderful stay and property. Pool was amazing and warm. House had everything. Only small cleanliness “issue” was the floors were slightly dirty and some dishes were put away dirty but that’s more on previous guests. Paul and Susan were fantastic to work with. We will be back.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. Easy to get around and felt like home. They had everything we need. Bought food and relaxed. Lots to do in the area. Pool was wonderful and noted would be great for kids. Had games,even playpen and stroller. We give this a 11 out of 10. Perfect place for a great price.

Best-ever Cape Coral rental!

We've been visiting Florida every winter for 20 years, and this is the nicest rental we've ever found! The reliably warm pool was a delight every day -- especially in occasionally cool January -- and the house was beautifully decorated and maintained, clean and cozy. Paul and Susan are superb hosts, so quick to reply to any query. We were really impressed, and we'll look for this property on our next trip.
