BRAND NEW PATIO with outdoor dining and seating. Spacious, relaxing and convenient 4 bedroom home in the award winning Golf resort of Bear Trap Dunes. Only 3 miles from the beach, shopping and great restaurants. This home can sleep as many as 14 guests.

* Great location within the resort - just 200 yards away from the Pool pavilion, amenities, & golf clubhouse with restaurant. Big open grass space in front of home - great for children to play & adult yard games.
The space
Main Floor: Half bath, kitchen with island seating for four, dining table with seating for six, family room. Master bedroom suite (queen bed) + private bath with tub.

Top Floor: A 2nd master bedroom suite with king bed with private bathroom + tub bath, and additional bedroom (queen + bunk beds: twin, full, pull out twin) with private bathroom.

Lower level: spacious basement with ping pong & foosball tables; 4th large bedroom with two queen size beds; full bathroom with tub shower.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home. You are not sharing the home with anyone else. Parking available in front of house as well as plenty of free parking directly behind the home as well. You’ll also have your own private cement driveway for 1 car.

Bear Trap Dunes Amenities include: one indoor Olympic pool and an outdoor pool, clay tennis courts, Jacuzzi, Saunas, whirlpool, Fitness Gym, and private beach shuttle.

3 Golf Courses on site. Boardwalks, live entertainment, water sports, fishing & restaurants to fit every taste nearby. Tax free Delaware shopping!
Other things to note
RECREATIONAL PASSES: You'll need to purchase Recreational Passes after you arrive for access to the resort amenities. Passes are $55 per person for the week (from MDW to LDW) and $40 per person for the week in the off season. You don't have to purchase any passes if you don`t want to - purchase only for those who`ll be using the resort amenities. Children under the age of 4 do not need a pass. **Passes can be shared so you only need to purchase based on the MAXIMUM number of people in your group who`ll be using the resort amenities AT THE SAME TIME.

The passes give you access to all of the resort amenities (pools, fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis courts, private beach shuttle) except golf which is completely separate. You purchase the passes after you arrive at the Pavilion. You simply show them a copy of your reservation and purchase with cash or check.

Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Cute home, as described in listing. The property owner is quick with responses to questions emailed to her. FYI, that amenity passes are 65 a person not 55 as listed.

Great stay, short drive to beaches

We had 3 families comfortably stay at the house. The kids loved the play nook. The house was nicely stocked with everything we needed and there was ample parking. It was also great to have a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. The owners were great to communicate with before and throughout our stay.

Great offseason stay

We enjoyed this property right from the start. The house was clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms suited our group perfectly, the location convenient, and communication with Jenn was flawless. The manual she put together was very helpful and included very good local recommendations. I would recommend this property and hope we will be back ourselves!

Pool and beach shuttle made the whole experience easy and fun!

I chose it because of its location and every family had their own bathroom. Living room area a little small but we knew this when we rented the property, it worked out fine for a one week stay! Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Great home

Great home for the 9 of us. The home was very clean, and Jenn the owner was very prompt to answering any questions we had. Bedrooms are very spacious with a joining bathrooms. Enjoyed using the ping pong table and foosball. Also appreciated that we had access to the garage to store our beach, chairs, etc..

Beach Get Away

We enjoyed this rental. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The different floors helped to separate the 2 families. It was comfortable for 8 people. The carpets appeared new. There are 2 controls for the upstairs and downstairs air which is convenient. Having a garage was nice to keep bikes and stroller inside. It's a very short drive to Bethany Beach Boardwalk. We had no problem finding parking at this time of year. The community was nice to take walks and bike ride. We did not spend the money to swim, play tennis, or use the shuttle. So cannot comment on those activities. Some of us enjoyed being able to walk to the golf course. We enjoyed the golf course restaurant as well.

Great location, awesome owner, plenty of space!!

My family of 8 loved our stay at the property. Jenn was super easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. The A/C went out in the basement, and Jenn sent someone out right away to repair it. Unfortunately, they couldn't repair before our departure. Jenn offered us a free day for our stay to accommodate us. The master bathroom tub needs to be repaired but was in working condition for our stay. The pool, gym, and golf course are a 3-5 minute walk from the front door. The property had plenty of space and privacy for everyone. My kids loved the bunk beds and TV room, for their PlayStation tournament. The ping pong table and TV sitting room in the basement was a hit as well. The pictures on the listing don't do the property any justice. You will not go wrong staying at this beach getaway retreat! We plan on staying here in the future assuming it's available. :)
