Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations is pleased to present this 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Emerald Bay Condominium situated right on the Water's Edge! This particular unit shows pride of ownership and an eye for the latest trends with a recent updating and remodeling. You’ll appreciate the brand new appliances!

Emerald Bay is conveniently located in the beautiful Four Seasons area along Highway HH by land and centrally on the Lake at the 14 Mile Marker. The condo is close to everything you need for a great getaway - a wide-variety of area attractions including golf courses, nightlife, restaurants, spas, and shopping!

AMENITIES: The Living Room features a Large Flat Panel TV with HD Spectrum Service. High-speed internet service with wi-fi is provided to for your use with no additional charge. This is dedicated service to the unit, not a shared complex-wide service like you'd find at a resort!

ACCOMMODATIONS: The spacious Master Suite features a comfortable King bed, direct access to the seating area on the deck overlooking the lake, and a private bath. There is also a closet in the master bath area and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The second bedroom includes a comfortable Queen sized bed. The room offers a ceiling fan and ample closet space. The shared full bath is just outside in the hallway. Finally, an air mattress offers sleeping for up to 2 children...

OUTDOOR LIVING: Outside, on the deck, you'll find the perfect vantage point for overlooking the docks out toward the main channel and watching the passing boats. Sit back and relax with a ice-cold drink, you're going to love it here!

SO MUCH TO DO: Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Nice property, great view of lake Ozark and close to good restaurants and the Bagnell Dam strip for things to do. Easy to get to from Hyw 54.

Fall vacation

It was pretty place and had all the things you need for cooking and to get started. My only complaint is the cleaning people you're using need to clean your ceiling fans especially in master bedroom because we couldn't turn it on from all the dust buildup. Didn't want it to all fall on our bedding and the stovetop wasn't very clean. Would go back again in a heartbeat

Very Nice Property

The condo was very clean and accommodating. We sat on the porch every night and enjoyed the October weather. The bathrooms and towels were a little dated but clean. We would stay again.

Great Place

Location was amazing. Older condo complex but the condo was very updated. Master suite bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Would have liked to have had a little goodie welcome basket with some coffee in it. Also master suite had lots of spider webs and spiders in the vanity area of bathroom. But overall love our stay at this location.

Lake Time Great Time!

Great location, incredible view of the lake, wonderful condo. The first morning after we arrived we enjoyed our coffee on the extra large first floor lanai with a view of the marina, the calm cove with the main channel in the background. We were hooked. Many hours were spent dining or reading on that lanai. We watched the many ducks and turtles swimming directly below us and enjoyed their playful antics. Easy parking, easy keypad entry. Well stocked kitchen with nice new appliances. The drive down the hill requires LOW gear and good brakes on your car. Big pool on top of hill is drained and needs big repairs but pool on same level as this condo is GREAT. We enjoyed lounging by pool looking through glass panels on pool deck overlooking the lake. Condo was clean and manager, Jason is easy to communicate with. A/C is perfect. Washer and dryer in unit work great and we used frequently. Big flat panel tv in LR is very nice and will accept your log in to any streaming service so bring your passwords and remember to log out when leaving. No propane and no gas grills allowed on the property. We cooked dinners in the unit and enjoyed with cocktails on the lanai followed by watching the moonlight shine across the main channel. King bed in master was a plus. Remodeled showers with great water pressure. Updates to this condo were well done. This spot did not disappoint. Leave your worries at the door, relax and enjoy!!

Good property, great balcony

The condo was clean and spacious. The balcony had comfortable seating and a ceiling fan that was great during a 98 degree heat wave. Check in and check out went without a hitch. The property manager was quite responsive and helpful when we accidentally turned off the A/C. 😀

Lake of the Ozarks Condo

Nicely remodeled condo on the first floor. Very clean and nice yet lacking some common amenities such as a hair dryer for the ladies. Remember to bring your own shampoo / soaps and such as they are not provided. Host property manager was responsive and we had a trouble free stay. Location was great too.

Emerald Bay

The condo met all of our needs and it was an easy walk to the boat slip. We enjoyed a larger deck under roof. The beds were comfortable. I would have liked a small dresser in the primary bedroom but made due with the arrangement provided. Found the wine glasses when checking out. Lol

Please feel free to contact me with all of your questions, for any needs during your stay, and if you'd like any recommendations for things to do while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
