The home is close fine restaurants, art galleries, jeep rentals and designer thrift stores, with easy parking.

It was a very nice spot, had all the supplies we needed. The only thing that we didn't like it the owner/property manager showing up prior to the 10 am checkout time and waiting for us to leave.

Valentina, Thank you for that review. My cleaners nor property management team showed up prior to 10am. I have an access code record from the door lock that shows you all departed at 1012am which is past our scheduled 10am departure time so if they were there it's because they were waiting to get in to get the home cleaned and guest ready for our arriving guests.

The kitchen and outdoor grill were great. House perfect; great design for taking in the natural light. Saw the full moon ride from the living room and sitting deck- excellent!

Sedona Sky View was a perfect fit for us! Immaculate property, comfortable beds, great location and everything the house offered made our stay effortless! It was away from the typical touristy spots and heavy traffic, yet had everything one would need within very close proximity. The instructions for the space were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this home!

Sedona Family Vacation

Week long stay in Sedona. The house was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located to several trails within walking distance and a park with a splash pad, perfect for my 8 year old.

Beautiful home with great views of Red Rocks, great location!

Our stay at Sky View was only for a few nights but the house was very clean, beautifully decorated & had everything you needed and located in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views of the Red Rocks. The house is also only minutes away from everything! Highly recommend Sedona Sky View!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped home! The bed was extremely comfortable and the en-suite bath was perfect, with hot water and good water pressure. The view from the porch and other windows in the home was stunning. Everything was perfect with one small exception that is beyond the owner’s control. There is construction in the area, so we found we didn’t want to be out on the patio during the day due to the noise. We wake early anyway, but the work begins early, and only stopped on Sunday. When this work is complete, the property will be perfect!! It is ideally located, and offered everything we wanted and needed! The host was very helpful and responsive!

Beautiful Sky View

This place was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It was close to trails, food and shopping. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The view of the mountains was nice from the deck. Jared was quick to respond to all emails and was super pleasant! We will be returning to this place again! Highly recommend it for families.

Sky View was excellent.

The property was immaculate. Beds were ridiculously comfortable, great water pressure, best of all the front porch worked as a great surface to image with my telescope. 2 minute frames were rock solid from the porch. Milky Way was visable across the whole sky from the property!

Stairway to Heaven

The title is a bit of a smirk. There are lots of stairs BUT I loved it! Great for cardio. The place is beautiful inside and out. The housekeepers need to give tutorials seriously. Good vibes all around in terms of location , view and interior layout.

Great Place - Super Clean

Overall stay was perfect for our family. Had all the essentials, like paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, etc. Didn’t have to purchase any of these things for our short stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We felt at home and didn’t feel like we were in a “rental”. Very close to everything along 89A and a 5 min drive to Sedona downtown. Also close to trails, Sedona shuttle. Had a small issue with the AC and our host Jared was great, very responsive, brought us fans for the BRs and had the issue fixed in 24hrs. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to visit Sedona.

Great cozy place!

We had a wonderful stay overall! The layout of the property was fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home. However, we did encounter a significant number of ants in the pantry and on the kitchen counter, likely due to some opened snacks and cereals left in the pantry. Additionally, there were some items stored in the closets and drawers, which limited space for guests’ belongings. Other than that, everything was lovely, and we enjoyed our time here. Thank you for a great experience!”

Great stay, home and host.

Great place! - well appointed, nicely laid out for us (we were two adults traveling with our two adult kids) comfy beds, great kitchen, new appliances. Everything as advertised in listing. Much nicer in reality than photos. Host was accessible, pleasant, and responsive. Perhaps not the very nicest location in West Sedona (more urban than some), but that is more than offset by the PROXIMITY TO EVERYTHING. Literally steps from a trail into the Carrol Wilderness Trail system, with access to Airport Mesa Loop. Five minutes to shops, restaurants, gym, pilates, Sedonuts. Everything one would want in a Sedona rental.

beautiful place

we loved this place. I was traveling w 2 other girlfriends, we each had our own rooms and there were plenty of bathrooms and lounge area. this is a new property and everything in working condition. the house is well lit (love that) and clean. the fridge has a built in water dispenser. there is a coffee maker (with coffee and filter in the cupboard) and and a kettle. we mainly ate out but the kitchen was well stocked. the master bedroom has foam-type mattress so it was comfortable. plenty of storage in the room. there are several steps to get into the front door and a few steps from the living to bedroom areas. there's a view from the living room, and we were able to sit out for a bit in the balcony (a bit cold in Feb). the neighborhood is very quiet - absolutely no sound at night - and you can see a lot of stars at night. Jared was a great host-- timely communication and quick response from before to during the trip.
