Cape Cod vacation home offers heated pool and close proximity to beaches

Our summer retreat is quintessential Cape Cod charm, and we can't wait for you to enjoy it as much as we do. We tastefully decorated and equipped the home so that it truly feels like a vacation. Our home has 4/5 bedroom and 3 full baths, and, although we are biased, we think it's a great place to spend a relaxing and fun summer!

The House & Amenities:
Great for large, multigenerational or multiple families to share. There is plenty of space (3,200 square feet indoors) to spread out and relax. There are three living floors. The main level is very open with a large room for gathering, plenty of seating for everyone & 55 inch Smart TV. Ample dining room opens to the kitchen and living area and to the wraparound deck with a natural gas Weber Grill and an outdoor table. This level has a large bedroom with a king-size bed and also a full bath (not en-suite).

The top level has three spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a full bath with a whirlpool tub (Bed 1: Queen bed with 10 inch cooling memory foam mattress plus queen size futon; Bed 2: Queen 12 inch cooling memory foam mattress and full size futon, Bed 3: two twins with 12 inch cooling memory foam mattresses). The ''basement'' or lower level is a walk-out (full size windows, two large egress doors) and provides access to the fenced pool area and outdoor amenities (basketball area, playset area, outdoor shower). There is a full bath on this level, a semi private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate large family/game room with a 65-inch Smart TV. One of the sofas opens into a bed for the extra sleeping (not counted towards the 12 sleeping capacity). The laundry room is located in the lower level as well.

We tried to equip the home with all the necessities we could think of for you to have a great vacation with family and friends and have to pack light. We have a fully equipped kitchen and invested in good quality essentials for those who enjoy cooking. There is large French door refrigerator that fits plenty of groceries and drinks. We provide a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker, pool towels, several beach chairs/umbrellas/beach toys and pool toys. We provide a wide array of classic and newer board games, a poker set, books, cornhole game and a pickleball that can be set up on the outdoor basketball court.

We have fast WIFI with Eero extenders in each floor to ensure amazing coverage. Our driveway fits approximately 7-8 cars tight. There is central a/c and mini split that cover the main level and second floor. There is no a/c in the lower level, but it usually remains cool and pleasant -- we provide a strong fan for those extra hot summer nights should you need it. We also have a window a/c unit in the basement living area. For those with little ones, we provide a portable crib, high chair & infant tub.

The Pool & Outdoors
Our favorite place in the home is the swimming pool area which give both relaxing and fun vibes! In July, the hydrangeas in full bloom that surround the pool are breathtaking and a site to remember. The pool has a heater, and we try to keep it comfortable to encourage pool enjoyment at night when it's a little chillier outdoors. However, we can't guarantee a specific temperature. The pool is open Memorial Day through October 1. The pool is professionally cleaned and treated once per week, usually Fridays. We provide nets for guests to clean any leaves that may fall in between cleanings. There is a waterfall pond for relaxing sounds that guest can turn on and off, a water slide, trampoline, pool basketball hoop and plenty of floats. We love to spend time by the pool in the evenings after a full day at one of the many beaches that are just within a few minutes' drive. A pool waiver and agreement is required.

For cozy nights by the fire, we provide a Solo stove and is surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs for the inevitable evening by the fire to roast Smore's, listen to good music and chat. For the 2023 Season, we'll provide the firewood and the sticks for the Smore's.

There is an outdoor shower (with hot water), perfect to rinse after the beach or prior to jumping in the pool or if you need a 4th shower.

Outside the fenced area, also within our property (private), there is a basketball half court and a playset and plenty of yard to run around.

Pet Rules:
We are happy to consider a well behaved, small (under 25lb) non-shedding (hypoallergenic) dog guest. Please message us before booking to discuss the rules specifically for pets. One of the homeowners is sensitive to dog hair (asthma) so please, non-shedding breeds only.

Service animals are always welcome. No other pets allowed and we can't make exception to cats due to allergies.

The Location:
We are located in Brewster on the border with Dennis. Our location is 6-minute drive (under 3 miles) to Paine's Creek beach (famous sunsets!), 10-minute drive to Corporation Beach in Dennis or most other Bay Side beaches in Brewster. Mayflower Beach (one of our favorites) is only a 12-minute drive away. If you want to explore a little further, you can visit the one of the amazing beaches on Cape Cod National Seashore in under 20 minutes. There are several freshwater beaches nearby as well! We are a few minutes away from Nickerson State park, and Cape Cod Natural History Museum and countless other family attractions. Day trips to Provincetown to one side or Falmouth to the other are just under one hour drive. We send our guest a comprehensive list of our favorite places and good eats within 15 minutes of our property prior to your arrival and we have a binder at the property with more info as well.
