The home: This home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, approximately 1100 sq ft. It is located on the top floor, over a quiet courtyard. Home features two queen beds, a sofa, loveseat, and a full-size air mattress. Inside you'll find vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural lighting throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. Yes, that means there's a microwave and dishwasher! You'll also have access to a Keurig and toaster. Laundry room has a washer and dryer available. The home features central A/C, in addition to the quiet ceiling fans located in each room, to keep you cool through the summer. There is also a separate standup fan provided for those who sleep better with white noise. In the second bedroom, there is a desk available for use.
The view: To the right, you'll see a sunrise over the salt water, resort style pool. To the left, you'll see the sun setting over the distant mountains.
Location: Approx 8 minutes from the beautiful Downtown Greenville, 10 minutes from the airport, and less than 5 minutes from the popular Haywood mall!
Shopping & Dining: There is a huge variety of shopping and dining nearby. This area is known for it's vast variety of retail stores.
Staxs Omega Diner, featured in Better Homes and Gardens most popular diners, is just 5 minutes away! The location is prime, near the popular woodruff road exit. You'll be right off the access point for 385 and 85, making any commute a breeze. There are 4 major hospitals within a 15 minutes commute. Patewood Drive is practically next door. Any commute to Prisma or St Francis Patewood hospitals will be practically non-existent.
Pet Policy: The home is pet friendly, which does mean there have been pets here before. A few notes for pet owners:
You do still have to follow all rules regarding pets. This means you can only have a maximum of two dogs. There are pet waste pickup stations throughout the property that must be used! The community, and Greenville, have leash laws. The community does have a free dog park for your convenience, but there is also a larger, free dog park about
3 miles away. This one has a lot more space for your larger dogs to run! Greenville is very pet friendly! Your dog is welcome to walk with you downtown, and you maye even find treats and water bowls set out by local shops. There is also a dog-friendly bar a few miles away! PLEASE utilize the dog spa, located by the pool, for dog your bathing needs! If you need access to a groomer, Pet Suite is just across the street and they do a wonderful job!
Looking for pet friendly or solo walking trails? Conestee has a dog park and walking trail along the river. It's about 15 minutes away. Table rock is a worthy drive, as well! It's a little further, about 30 miles, but it's a very popular 7-mile hiking trail featuring several waterfalls, creeks, and two lakes!
