Conveniently, many local restaurants are within a short low-speed vehicle ride as well, so tasty meals are always within your grasp.

Recently constructed in 2020, Sandpiper's spacious and beautifully decorated interior welcomes you in after a day of coastal adventures. In this open floor plan, you can easily gather for family-friendly board games and card games that will keep everyone happy for hours. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to please the group's chef, offering everything needed to craft a memorable feast. Sit down to eat in the dining area as you all reflect on the day's events.

Alternatively, make your way to the back porch and sear your dinner to perfection on the built-in gas grill. As dinner sizzles away, explore the fenced-in backyard and its eye-catching turf-and-paver design, ensuring your outside activities are fun, clean, safe, and possible year-round. Each bedroom also features a TV to stream your favorite movies or shows as you drift off to sleep.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please note: No trailers or motorcycles are permitted in the neighborhood per HOA regulations.
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
