Villa Suzanne was the perfect birthday getaway for our friend group of 8! Beautiful home with beautiful views, and Catherine was the best, always ensuring we had what we needed for a great stay. The perfect location to hang out and lounge by the pool or as a home base to explore the beauty of St Martin. 10/10 recommend!

The property exceeded our expectations. The convenience of accessing the pool whenever we wanted was great. The stunning views of the sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. The property was located away from the hustle and bustle in a tranquil and peaceful setting. The villa was equipped with almost everything we needed for our week-long stay.

Villa Suzanne is a wonderful place to spend the week. The privacy, views and pool are incredible. The villa is well stocked with all the necessary kitchen & household items. Plenty of beach & pool accessories are available. The drive from SXM was relatively easy. Communications with hosts before and during the stay were outstanding. Perhaps the most important aspect of this villa is Catherine. She’s a warm & charming individual who makes your stay that much better. Sherman deserves recognition for fixing the driveway gate at 9pm one evening to insure we had access. Hosts were very responsive with instructions to solve the immediate problem & Sherman made the repair. The villa is in a gated neighborhood and Kevin & Carolee greeted us daily with a smile. It was a bit of a surprise that the air conditioning was only in bedrooms & not in other living areas. The nearly constant breezes largely ameliorate that shortcoming. After a day we acclimated to the environment. Two improvement ideas - a fan in outdoor dining area by the pool would be a great addition as would a screen on back door to ward off iguanas. It’s a great place that we will certainly visit again.

An absolutely perfect place to stay for vacationing on this island. The kitchen was very well fitted, and the accommodations were incredibly spacious and comfortable. It was exactly as described by the hosts, and Catherine, who is the local caretaker, did a fabulous job looking after us.

Amazing view , beautiful property - 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with the view !!! Gated community , quiet beach area. Kitchen is equipped - we cooked meals everyday . Catherine was very helpful . We had a great time !! We will definitely will be back !!!

Villa Suzanne was a wonderful place to stay! We were greeted by the caretaker, Catherine, who graciously showed us around the spotless villa. She did a refresh again during the middle of the week. The layout of Villa Suzanne was perfect! It is spacious, providing several dining areas and several places to gather. The kitchen was well provisioned, including high end Bosch appliances. The bedrooms, each having a very large bath, were private with a gorgeous view. The outdoor area was so lovely that we spent most of our time there. The home included coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats & beach towels. We also enjoyed the outdoor grill, surrounded by island wildlife (iguanas, hermit crabs & monkeys). The breathtaking views, sounds of the ocean waves & constant cool breezes were the perfect way to recharge and forget the worries of the world!!!

What a magnificent home for our week in Sint Maarten! The roads getting in and out take a little getting used to (very steep ups and downs) but the house is gorgeous and has absolutely everything you could think of wanting. The breeze is lovely and the only thing brighter than the stars was Catherine’s (the caretaker’s) smile. Highly highly recommend!

Outstanding stay in dawn beach

The villa was advertised. Each room and bathroom was large and in excellent condition. Pool and outdoor area was lovely. A little windy this past week so we spent most of time at the protected beaches on the French side of the island

Fantastic all around!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was perfect. The location the service and the home stand out. We loved St Maarten and Villa Suzanna. We would definetly stay here again. The host was terrific as well.

Family of 7 adults rented this house for the holidays. Very comfortable 4 large bedrooms, killer view. Pool and outside area is where we spent most of the time when home. Would rent again.

Beautiful Home, Great Views and Location

The home is as advertised. It is large, and open, with incredible views of Dawn Beach and the ocean. The pool is also large, very clean, and well-lit at night. The bedrooms are well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, and great experience and we would certainly return.

Outstanding Property

This is a very well maintained property. Great pool, rooms and a fabulous view.The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of spices and other necessities. The house manager/keeper Catherine was outstanding. Communication with the owners was also great.Highly recommend this property.

million dollar view.

4 couples worked great: 4br,4 ba wished we had pool heat but still enjoyed the pool cooked up a storm in the kitchen many things were left for renters which made it nice easy walk to marriott and the beach must have a car to see most of the island

Awesome girls get away

Its my second year here with the girls. Its an amazing house! The house keepers Catherine and Claire are so nice! The kitchen and bedrooms and livingroom space, pool and everything are so beautiful! The views are amazing!! We all had such agreat week!!! might be back for a third time some day

This is a review of the host, not the Villa. We were scheduled to arrive at Villa Suzanne on January 3rd. Due to the FAA ban on flights to the Caribbean that day after the conflict in Venezuela, we were unable to make it to the island. Ray was very responsive and made every accommodation that he was able to including offering alternate dates for our stay. After hearing about all of the flight cancellations, Catherine, the housekeeper also reached out and checked on us. Despite being in a bad situation themselves, they both showed our family so much compassion. Although we were unable to make this trip, the next trip we plan to Sint Maarten will definitely be to Villa Suzanne.
