Queen bed, queen couch pullout & twin air mattress with stocked kitchen. Enjoy the amazing views & wildlife right outside our door.

Our condo rests at 10,200 feet with views of the Breckenridge Resort runs and a clear view of the Imperial Express Superchair, the highest chairlift in North America at an elevation of 12,840 feet.
We have a comfortable queen bed, queen pull out couch, twin air mattress and all linens and soaps provided. There is a dresser and under bed drawers for clothing, a desk/workspace, counter bar to eat at and a coat closet for more storage. We have most kitchen appliances, utensils and items for cooking and baking available.

Please note that we do not have a dishwasher, washer/dryer or garbage disposal. We are working on adding these appliances to improve future stays!
As is often the case in mountain homes, there is no air conditioning.

Guests will have access to the full space.
Other things to note
Number of Guests: Our short term rental license only allows up to four guests in our studio. Include all guests on the reservation, confirmed and potential, that will be staying at our property. We can always adjust the price and fees if plans change.
The first two guests are included in the stay price. If over two guests are staying, there is a $10 per guest, per night fee.

We are committed to reducing the impact of plastics. We have many goods for baking, cooking and bulk soaps but we do not provide individually wrapped foods or drinks to guests.
