Welcome to your dream lake house rental, get ready to have fun and relax while staying at the Sandbar Lake House! Whether you are enjoying the lake or playing in the arcade, you will entertained. During the winter enjoy the convenience of Alpine Valley Ski being less than 10 minutes away. This exceptional 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home boasts stunning lakefront views and spacious rooms. As you walk in the front door you are greeted by a panoramic view of Pontiac Lake. Recently updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Kuerig coffee maker, and quaint dining nook. There is also a bonus dining room off the kitchen for additional seating that converts to a Poker table. Upstairs you'll find the Primary Suite with a King Size bed and newly remodeled en suite bathroom. Enjoy your private balcony with breathtaking views of the lake. Three additional bedrooms are perfect for families or guests. Fully finished lower-level highlights wet bar, game room/arcade, and full bath for rinsing off after a day in the lake. The finished walkout basement has multiple arcade games included a Pac-man air hockey table.

The outdoor space is just as impressive, with a large deck and patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. New large patio table with umbrella that seat 8 plus 2 lounging chairs. Propane Grill ready for all of your BBQ needs. Deck also features bench seating around the perimeter for additional seating.

Enjoy fishing, boating or swimming in the sandy shore around your own private dock.

Pets: 2 dogs max. $300 additional fee for your entire stay. We do ask that you please clean up after them both inside and outside the lake house. Please try to keep dogs off the furniture and beds for our future non-pet guest. If pet hair starts to build, we do ask that you please run the vacuum or sweep up anything clearly visible .

Parking at Lake House: You can fit 4 cars but it will be a tight squeeze. Currently there is no possibility of parking more than 4 cars. During the winter there is only parking for 3 vehicles.

The house is situated on the absolutely best part of the lake which is right in front of the sandbar where others will gather to play water volleyball, water basketball and hang out to soak up the sun. Feel free to bring your own boat with public access to the lake just down the road, or rent a boat from Last Resort Boat Marina or Boundless Boat Rentals. Like fishing? You’re in luck!! Bring your fishing license and poles! Pontiac Lake is known for its great fishing. Perch, Walleye, Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, and Northern Pike are common in Pontiac Lake.
**Please note that from Oct -April the dock will be out of the water and stored on the back lawn. There is a boat hoist that will also be stored on property during this time.
