Our spacious 6-bedroom house is perfect for bachelor/bachelorette getaway! With its detached casita, private pool, and spacious backyard, you'll have everything you need to celebrate in style with up to 20 guests! THIS INCLUDES THE FRONT HOUSE ON THE PROPERTY AS WELL AS THE CASITA IN THE BACK -You'll be renting out the whole place just for you! :)
★HOME OVERVIEW★ A combo of large front house (sleeps 18) and quaint back house (our casita sleeps another 2) with a fun backyard and private pool! Perfect for gatherings and bachelor/ bachelorette!
★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★ We can sleep 20 total!
Front house: Bedroom 1: Two queen beds Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4 and 5: Bedroom 4 has a King Bed and bedroom 5 is packed with a queen bed, a full sized bed and a twin trundle (2 twins). Please note that the 4th and 5th bedrooms are combined. Unlike traditional setups, these rooms are creatively designed without a physical wall separating them, offering a truly distinctive and flexible accommodation experience. There is a full bathroom with bathtub that bedroom 4 and 5 share. Living Room: Queen fold out sectional
Casita: Queen bed that pulls out (not folds out) of the wall (see photos!)
★ENTERTAINING BACKYARD★ Step outside to our backyard oasis, complete with a seasonal pool, a picnic table, a barbecue, Adirondack chairs and games. The pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day or to have a pool party. It's 13ft x 6.5ft x 3.5ft and is surrounded by a spacious backyard with plenty of seating. Please note our pool is serviced on Tuesdays
★LIVING AREA★ Relax on our large sectional sleeper sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku) or hang out with your friends. Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password. ★KITCHEN★ The kitchen is perfect for simple meal prep when you need a night in. You'll find all your basics to get breakfast, lunch or dinner on the table. Enjoy a 2-in-1 coffee maker with both Keurig and drip options. There is also a kitchenette in casita, so you can have a cup of coffee or some eggs before joining the rest of the group.
★DINING★ You've got options! There's a small dining room that seats 4 comfortably (or squeeze 6 in!). On our better weather days you can enjoy a picnic table in the backyard or another in the front. Although we have to admit late night on weekends the taco truck next door with stellar reviews hits the spot. ★BATHROOMS★ There are 3 bathrooms total. In the front house one bathroom with bathtub is in the hallway and the other is ensuite (also with a bathtub) in the large combined room (rooms 4 and 5). The casita has it's own bathroom with a shower. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
★LAUNDRY ROOM★ There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room and the casita also has a washer/dryer combo (1 unit that does both) so you can have a couple loads going at once and return home with your laundry already done!
★PARKING★ There are 3 tandem off street parking spaces in the driveway reserved for you as well as ample street parking. Two of the spots are behind the locked gate (please note: it's a narrow driveway).
★RESTAURANTS & BARS★ This beautiful home is just a 10 minute walk from Rainey Street! Whether you prefer a 3am taco truck or a fine dining establishment, you're a $10 uber away!
★HEATING & AC★ The house has a central heat and AC and the Casita has a brand new mini split installed fall of 2023.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS: - You will be asked to sign a rental agreement. - Pool maintenance is scheduled every every Wednesday during the season. Rest assured, this regular upkeep is essential to guarantee that the pool water is always clean, clear, and safe for you to use. - Garbage maintenance is scheduled every Thursday. The team will collect the trash bins from the property, and on Friday, they'll return them to their proper place. This regular service ensures that the property stays clean and well-maintained for your comfort. - Yard maintenance is scheduled every other Wednesday to keep the outdoor areas clean and well-kept. The service typically takes place during daylight hours and is focused on exterior spaces only. We do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay and appreciate your understanding!
Guest access A few days before you arrive you'll receive your door code so that you can self check in.
Other things to note: For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options: - We may be able to accommodate an early check-in starting at 1:30 PM or a late check-out until 1:30 PM for an additional fee of $150.00, subject to availability and scheduling. - To help us coordinate with our cleaning and operations teams, requests must be made at least 1 day in advance and are not guaranteed until confirmed by management. - For guests needing significantly earlier arrivals or later departures, we recommend booking the previous or following night to ensure uninterrupted access to the property. - Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.

The property was great. Located close to downtown and many food options. The main house and casita were stocked with the essentials. The backyard was spacious and allowed room for our large family to gather and have a cookout. Overall a great experience, and my family and I would rent this property again if we were to return to Austin. Lots of beds!

Would 100% recommend this accommodation for any large group visiting the Austin area. The location is perfect and there are tons of rooms/beds to accommodate bigger groups. Host was very easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout were smooth!Having the pool in the backyard was amazing to be able to cool off on the hot summer days. Most attractions are within walking distance or just a quick uber ride away. We will be back for sure!

Perfect for our trip
I had a group of 13 people stay in this house. Its location was very convenient for heading to Rainey & downtown.House was very clean and amenities were well stocked. Most importantly, the AC worked will in the hot weather.Host was very responsive and accommodating to make sure we were taken care of.
