The entire 1280sqft apartment is all yours, plus the additional patio space, which leads onto the green grass in the back.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, classic coastal style furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a walk in closet. There is one rolling cot in the closet available for sleeping - it is a single bed size, great for kids.
SECOND ROOM: Features a King Bed with cotton sheets and sliding doors for direct access to the screened in patio.
LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has cute boho coastal furniture leaving you lots of room to lounge after a long day at the beach! A large 65” Smart TV is in the living room so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. to watch your own personal streaming services. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS)
TWIN BED: The twin beds are rolling cots, ideal for kids and flexible sleeping arrangements. They can be easily moved to any room in the home for added convenience
KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal.
BACKYARD: With luscious greenery, a mango and fig tree in the back, you can soak up some fresh air on the screened in patio.
HOT TUB: Located in the backyard, the shared hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. Enjoy a soothing soak surrounded by tropical plants and the peaceful sounds of nature—ideal for morning relaxation or an evening under the stars. Please note that the hot tub is shared among all four units on the property. We just ask that guests rinse before use, turn the temperature back to 98°F afterward, and securely close the lid when finished.
We have two private parking spaces for your convenience. There is no parking available on the road in all of Palm Beach Shores unfortunately. Maximum is two cars.
5 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island where you can swim, snorkel, and paddleboard in crystal clear lagoon-like waters! 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Brightline Train(takes you to FT. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion.
Enjoy a cookout with our shared BBQ in the backyard! Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use to keep it in great condition for everyone. If the propane runs out during your stay, the nearest propane swap is just two minutes away, and we’ll be happy to reimburse for any propane refills!
Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.
Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :)
We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound.
Bookings longer than 28 nights are subject to a lease and background check.
We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.
Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and rental agreement.
We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 69-78F.
We are pet friendly and just require a $100 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
An additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy.
There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 6 guests at any other time.
A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. This agreement outlines the house rules, occupancy guidelines, and important policies for your stay. If you have any questions or would like to review the Rental Agreement before booking, please feel free to request a copy—we’re happy to provide it.
IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.
NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
PET DISCLOSURE & RESPONSIBILITY: Guests traveling with a dog must disclose the dog’s breed and age prior to arrival. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Any damage caused by a dog is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests accept full liability for their pet and agree to be fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their dog, including injuries to maintenance staff, contractors, or service providers visiting the property. All related medical costs or expenses shall be the guest’s responsibility.
No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.
Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
Reservations Yet to Begin: In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane alert with a forecast of Category 1 or higher within our Florida area, we cannot prevent these natural events. Your safety is our priority, and we may request an evacuation. Consider purchasing travel insurance for compensation if adverse weather affects your visit.
Ongoing Stays: If a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is declared while you're staying with us, please consider leaving if a Category 1 or higher hurricane is anticipated, following staff or local authorities' guidance.
Your safety and evacuation plans are your responsibility. We recommend travel insurance for compensation in case of weather-related disruptions, as adverse conditions may limit our communication abilities. Refunds won't be granted for circumstances beyond our control during storms. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honeybees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.

This Place was an amazing experience, I say experience because it was just that- The pictures don’t do this rental justice, It was super clean, inside and out- The beds were very comfortable (which is always a worry for me ) Each room had King bed which was hard to find elsewhere. The Host was excellent I messaged her very late due to my flight delay and She responded right away- The communication was 100% I couldn’t ask for more. Every question I had prior to booking was answered very fast-I loved it so much that I opted to stay another night here when my last night was already booked elsewhere due to an event I had - but I cancelled and stayed here again- which host helped me to do that with no hassle at alll. Just a quick link and it was completed. All n all I give this an A and 10/10 loves it and will be booking here again. PS the patio and back area was beautiful, inside very clean and modern.

Celebrating my daughter’s graduation and Father’s Day for the week . Should be a 10 star rating . Used to stay at Hilton and Marriott on singer island no more . Home is beautiful with everything a family needs. Short walk to beach under beautiful foliage will blow your doors off. Was very hard to leave and can’t wait to be back . What a Gem!
We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo on Singer Island. The property is spacious, impeccably clean, and fully renovated, providing a comfortable and modern environment. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean each morning before work. The hosts thoughtfully provided sun chairs and beach towels, which added to the convenience. My colleague and I were visiting for a work trip, and this place was ideal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay on Singer Island!

LOVE this place & will definitely be back!
We absolutely LOVED this place! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, & the host Sharaya was always responsive & made sure we had everything we needed. She asked if we had any suggestions to make our stay more comfortable or enjoyable, I mentioned something & she immediately took care of it, she sincerely wants you to feel comfortable & enjoy your stay. She has an informative booklet of reminders along with activities & restaurants nearby which is always helpful. The beds were incredibly comfy, the kitchen was well stocked & spacious, we felt right at home. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect for us! It is a safe area, with wheelchair accessible beach access for our daughter within walking distance, with a free beach wheelchair to use upon request, the beach is absolutely beautiful, the lifeguards & people are incredibly nice & friendly. The surrounding neighborhood has a park like feel with pathways throughout & a gorgeous paved walking path by the water & Sailfish Marina is walking distance away! We will definitely be back, we absolutely LOVED it here!

Okay, so trying to escape the chaos of daily life with a toddler in tow usually feels like trading one set of headaches for another, right? But this condo on Singer Island? Seriously, a lifesaver. Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was HUGE for actually getting some peace (you other parents know what I'm talking about!). And when they said "fully equipped," they weren't kidding around. They even had the whole kid starter pack – high chair, crib, the works. Walking just a block to the beach was a major win for little legs, and those sunrise views were honestly stunning. Plus, there were plenty of cute little shops and places to grab a bite nearby. We even managed to throw some stuff on the grill out back – bonus points! Honestly, this trip felt less like a getaway and more like a genuine sanity restorer. If you're planning a beach trip with little ones, I can't recommend this place enough.
